Everyone has a right to go to a higher court if they don't agree with a lower court's decision. It's up to the lawyers to decide if a case warrants the Supreme Court.

I didn't say CNN. I said FOX NEWS.

Fox News is stating that no qualified lawyer will touch this case. We'll see.

Look guys it’s pretty interesting to read this drivel as an example of what millions of Americans now believe. The racism and anti Semitic wolf whistles are one thing, but the swivel eyed conspiracy theories are something else. This is worth discussing, but why are you trying to engage with it? It is intrinsically evil...engaging with it just legitimizes it.

What is interesting is that this is direct evidence of American decline and I suppose the way liberals are still trying to engage with this hateful garbage is also evidence of the same. This is what Americans discuss...Jewish conspiracies led by Soros (that’s the dog whistle), pedophile rings in pizza parlors led by Hilary, black people being at the root of everything, an international conspiracy to stuff ballot boxes, which the BBC was complicit in, carried out literally under the noses of GOP officials by poll counters all over the USA who were all in on it. The significant issue is that this is mainstream discourse in the USA and to be honest, it’s not even new. I heard supposedly decent intelligent people in the US talk like this twenty years ago. It’s just that now you can see this stuff in the mainstream when before the liberal elites who controlled the MSM were actually keeping it out (there is always a half truth in the propaganda of extremists). They thought that because they kept this lunacy quiet, it would go away. So they did little to counter the policy failures which evil people used to brainwash the gullible (the ACA is about the only thing that they did to improve people’s lives and they made a dog’s dinner of that one).

The problem is not Trump or any of these figureheads. The problem is a sickness that has infected tens of millions of people so that to the outside world they look like they haven’t left the eighteenth century (or are stuck in some ghastly mutation of 1930s Europe). What’s happening now is merely showing once again that era of US leadership is now over and brave speeches from Joe or Kamala are not going to save it. That is because there are tens of millions of Americans who either agree with this nonsense or make common cause with it. The USA is sick. It will not recover easily.

Europeans have a lot to answer for. They were the first to fall for this kind of evil themselves and then they ceded the stage to their liberator America in the post war era. Small minded chauvinist leaders like De Gaulle continued the grandiose pretensions of their nations, perpetuating a French exceptionalism that only really exists in a French echo chamber. The Left, or significant parts of it, yielded to the Communist Empire (that literally killed hundreds of millions and destroyed literally billions of lives and livelihoods) as the somehow moral equivalent of Free Nations. Those countries who developed the most successful political and economic systems in history (Germany, Scandinavia who developed high living standard liberal capitalist democracies) shirked their role in leading the world. That was because US institutions and US law formed the whole bedrock of the development of the civilized world. International law, the League of Nations, WTO.., these were all the tools of Pax Americana which protected us from tyranny. Now that the snake oil salesmen have taken over the USA, it’s no use complaining. Europeans and other free nations have failed to establish themselves as a counter balance or alternative centre for liberty and progress. Throwbacks like Johnson put the UK onto an even more accelerated path to decline than the USA. The French are still preening. Merkel is saying the right things but is about to retire. There are dark times ahead. That should be the discussion, not trying to explain to Flat Earthers that just because the water doesn’t fall off it doesn’t mean the world is not a globe.

The real danger is now Cruz or Holland, who will keep the conspiracy kooks onside (stand down and stand by) as they lead a reactionary movement with far more skill than the Orange Narcissist. We will look back to Trump days and lament the incompetence of the old days. The next generation of rightists will know how to feed the American gullibles with the right amount of bread and circuses. Cicero’s insight into the political process of distracting the people through games and gimmicks is exactly the traveling show that is the modern Republican Party - a big, carefully choreographed circus with guns and communist plots and Jews and foreigners And one world gubmint and even more exotica now! The circus is worth discussing. Arguing with the circus clowns though... that just gets them an even bigger round of applause!

Never, ever, trust a Republican unless the Pope personally hands you the information on a stone tablet.

Two contradicting statements. “Everyone” has the right to go to a higher court (incorrect). “Lawyers” (ie not everyone) decide if it goes to the Supreme Court (contradicts the first statement but is also incorrect).

It’s actually up to the Supreme Court what goes to the Supreme Court.

But this is an excellent example of the quality of logical deduction of most of those who support Trump. It is how 45% of America come to conclusions. You only need to listen to videos of the thugs and hooligans (“Brooks Brothers” and bikers both) posted by the OP on this thread to see the lies, judgments without evidence and criminal behavior of this section of Americans. This is how 45% of Americans, are surrendering the shining city on the hill on behalf of the others. The USA is a laughing stock. That should make the 55% angry, not feebly pretending they can work across some mythical aisle with the 45%.

Well, a few selected riots and the right wing may suddenly decide to clean house. So you're right. Just not about where it starts and who makes it end.

What, no history buffs ready to dispute the organized crime that got JFK elected in Chicago, which is presently murder capitol of the U.S.A. for deaths of black Americans...?

Nah, no racism there in how hard Dems have tried to stop THAT one! Not much!

I thought that Democrat party is party of thugs. There is no need to see any videos
It is actually very easy to deduct, just go to downtown of Chicago and see how they turned nice shining shop windows into ugly chipboard covered ghetto.

This is nonsense. In every state the practice is very similar. The political parties name their own observers. Those observers are trained in the vote counting process they will be observing. They are there, shoulder to shoulder with the election workers doing the counting.

The claims of observers being refused entry are hogwash. Those refused entry were protesters who showed up, ignored that their party had observers on the job and demanded to enter the counting area.

Next it was realized that protesters were taking photos thru windows of the election workers and the ballots they handled. Meaning they would be able to identify and threaten those workers, or those voters, later. Windows were covered up to allow the workers to do their jobs without being "dox'd" or threatened or the privacy of a voter's ballot being revealed on social media.

Al the while, Republican Party observers were in the room doing the very job that Trump claims was not being done.

Correct. The election was rigged, and there is nothing subtle about it.

A simple recount will not fix the problem created by not allowing watchers from both parties closely observe the count. Fake ballots have contaminated the vote.

LOL! The observers Democrat and Republican were in the room - 30 feet away. They needed to be right in front of the counters and permitted to closely observe the envelopes of the mail in ballots and the ballots before they were counted.
The election was obviously rigged while the whole world watched.

You tried the all lies all the time routine. Even some Republican states told you where to get off.

Now that you got what you deserve, you might want to assess the damage before you do more.

I think Trump has a good case because surveillance video taken at polling sites show a large number of African Americans were voting. They tried to disguise themselves by wearing masks, but that didn't fool anyone. The only thing left to do is have the supreme court throw out these illegal black votes. The big mistake McCain made was in conceding. He should have sued. He would have won. Recent DNA evidence reveals that Obama is half black which we know disqualifies him from holding high office. To the end Trump remains true to himself and goes off to play golf leaving the hand wringing to others.
