    It happens to us all.

Now if you could make a rational argument to support the official covid narrative. That would mean an argument without appeals to emotions, an argument based upon facts and science.

    Should I hold my breath?

So why are those countries currently doing worse than the US? Belgium, for instance, has about 3% of the population as the US, yet yesterday had roughly 25% as many deaths.

A little perspective, please. Blaming Trump may be great fun for some, but it's really silly.

We've been involved with COVID for the better part of a year. Everybody knows what's up. Regardless of what the POTUS may or may not say, it's really up to the governors as to actions taken at this point.

One of the problems is a lack of consistency. Each state has different views as to how to handle it.

The current uptick was predicted...... not only in the US.....but world wide.

All leaders shoulder responsibility for how they handle this pandemic. Trump blew it at the beginning when he called it a hox.

If he had presented a serious demeanour about this crisis, and set an example by following the recommended protocols........ from the health professionals......... things might have been quite different now.

Trump admitted that he lied from that start. We have him saying so on tape. He has driven a large part of the country do dismiss the most effective measures we can take. He has continued to dismiss the use of masks and constantly pushes rallies that are super spreader events.

You really have to be an idiot to NOT blame trump. And he surely killed Herman Cain for starters.

Not sure how a demeanor would have changed things much. Plus, the recommended protocols have changed over time. Not to mention that this is a "novel" virus that caught the whole world unprepared.

But, hey, I get it. Trump is not the most articulate speaker. Some time back, however, I posted a link to the first 100 days of the virus in the US that showed what was known (by both the WHO and our government), when it was known and our response. Regardless of what he did/did not say, Trump really didn't do a bad job, with the exception of not quarantining all those people coming home from Europe in mid-March when he did the travel ban. It's questionable if he would have been politically able to, given the pushback he had already received on stopping travel from China.

In addition to the above, I checked out Biden's statements on the virus at that time. He makes for a better cheerleader than Trump, but he came up short on proposing concrete actions.

Corey Lewandowski the latest Trump Election Night party guest to test positive for Covid-19

This event was another example of Trump's POOR JUDGEMENT. He knowingly defied protocols for the event, his rallies, etc. IMHO......that is irresponsible of a leader. ANY leader. He is conveying a message that the virus is nothing to worry about. Wrong message. But that is the message folks WANT to hear. They WANT to believe that it is not more serious than some flu
This is not to suggest that folks should go crazy and panic. But a factual, matter of fact health message with proper protocols should be consistent. and clearly articulated. Trump did not have t take over from Fuici .......as Fucci is the credible and knowledgeable source for guidance. Trump is not even a politician. let alone a doctor. That was poor form.

Meanwhile the nation is facing hospitalization crisis.......... aand Trump is warring with Fox news. (seems Newsmax is taking over as the extreme right and Trump ideology format)

Isn't he still on the job. ? He still has time to do something very effective and leave a more positive legacy.

Indeed. Lest we forget: "The Buck stops with POTUS" Trump is no exception. (no matter how much he might think so)

He has been the loudest cheerleader for spreading the virus. He has gone out of his way to kill people. That is an irrefutable fact.

Every trump rally might as well have been designed to kill people. Because essentially they were. We can do the math to estimate how many people trump has killed but it is easily over 100,000 people. We know this by comparing the US death rate with other countries that have real leaders.

It is not a fact it is simply TDS delusion.

He has not gone out of his way to kill anyone or for that matter killed anyone at all

His rallies were no different than the Biden superspreader celebrations

    Quite different.

Indoors, squeezed together, without masks is not like outdoors, wearing masks. When Biden spoke, everyone was masked, and sitting on their cars. Some of the celebrations outside showed lack of social distancing, sure. They were all wearing masks, though.

    Irresponsible, yes. Utterly stupid? No.

Exactly!! Irresponsible and careless.Trump rallies and events.) And given that he has the support of a LOT of folks....... that means a LOT Of folks disregard protocols- because their leader does. They are all potential spreaders. If they don't care about themselves.......that is one thing.....but not caring about others is quite another.

Not different at all. The Biden rallies ignored social distancing, massed together, and sporadically wore masks. They were not universally wearing them

Utterly stupid and two faced. If you blame Trump then the blame now has to shift to the racist biden .

Biden had "drive in " rallies. BIG difference. Horns honking instead of clapping and screaming.while standing close together. Potential super spreaders. Screaming and breathing on each other at close proximity is great for viral spread......

FAst forward to the present........WHAT is DONALD'S PLAN for the pandmeic?? Or is he just hoping it will run its course or disappear on its own.Or Does he give a damn?? If he does.......he has a perverse way of showing it.

    Wrong.

He had massive celebrations only days ago. They were not drive in they were massed shoulder to shoulder.Screaming and breathing on each other at close proximity

In that case, it is very disappointing. They should be following the protocols all the time.

So all these months later, and you still don't know that outdoors, where there is more ventilation, is far better than indoors.

I didn't see a single person celebrating without a mask.
