    So votes should be tossed because you don’t understand how databases and programs that use them work, these aren’t the actual DOB for these people.

    No, you really don’t

    a value of zero in a date field converts to 01/01/1900 as that’s the date the system starts counting, but surely you know this with the DBA knowledge

    But like it has already been said, that could a default date and since it also says the voter is locked out I don't see how this is voter fraud. The only fraud seems to be claiming it's voter fraud
