Have you heard the term "big fail?"

Evidence. Media. Them's the apples you're arguing. Nobody has seen any orange in two weeks.

I take it you think absence of evidence is evidence of absence which, of course, is a logical fallacy.

So what are you afraid of? Let the process play out and stop bellyaching.

And if that's true it contradicts your claim. The only "evidence" filed with any of these complaints that I'm aware of are unsupported affidavits.

There was a press release in the one I filed. Regardless, all complaints are public record and can be accessed by anyone with a Pacer account. However, a case can be sealed partially or wholly by a judge.

    Exsqueese me?

The only thing I see absent in that word salad is an argument. Lemme know if you think of one. I have all day.

No one is saying it shouldn't be played out. We're just laughing at how inept Rudy and team look.

Courts are where you offer proof and evidence. This is a complex crime that will take multiple days to lay out and presenting your case in public before that time does nothing but give the other side a heads up on what you've got which would be kind of stupid to do.
I voted twice for Trump -- but, after watching Tucker last night I say, "it's over Mr. Trump" so get on with the transition and stop complaining. You swore to obey the U. S. constitution and I expect you to do just that. Be proud of what you accomplished and thankful we have so many republicans in both houses as well as the Supreme Court.
Sure you did.;)

Isn't the term 'fake news' thrown out when people make claims in the media that they cannot support or show evidence?

How many cases have already been thrown out of court so far? Hmm, guess we have a different definition of inept.

Of course it's not the same argument. 8,000+ actual documents falsified by the defendants is actual evidence, as is the numerous other documents falsified and signed by the defendants, etc. A mere claim that "we have evidence" is not the same thing, at all.

You mean besides the 8,000+ voter registration applications with falsified names, addresses and signatures?

Is that evidence of “massive” voter fraud during this cycle?

That is the issue not if there has ever been cases of voter fraud.

Ok then unsupported corroborating affidavits which resulted in the dismissal of all but perhaps one case in Pa which was won but was inconsequential and did not allege fraud.

Interestingly it reminds me of a collector who filed suit against me in county court with an attached affidavit. I argued the case as a sui juris defendant. I filed preliminary objections in the form of a demurrer, then a motion to dismiss, and the judge dismissed the complaint sustaining my preliminary objections due to multiple procedural defects. So much for the worthless unsupported affidavit filed by the plaintiff. Affidavits are a dime a dozen. They are worthless unless they are supported by EVIDENCE, they are not EVIDENCE by themselves.

Are you serious? It's not a "claim". The evidence is the 8000+ registrations which HE made, and mail ballots which HE fraudulently sought for delivery to HIS address and to HIS rented mail boxes, along with numerous other documents which HE falsified and HE signed, etc. etc. Honestly, you're just being silly now and arguing for the heck of it.

    These guys have it.

The district attorney's Bureau of Investigation, the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk’s Office, the FBI, the Covina Police Department and the California Secretary of State’s Office all took part in the investigation into the two men, the release noted.
