What do you expect Trump to do when he has been attacked 24/7 for over 4 years from the left, media etc.

Treat people how you wish to be treated. Trump don't take no crap from anyone. Bush let everyone talk bad about him and it made him look weak. To this day people still trash Bush.

The left can treat people with such dissrespect but if a Republican or Trump does it the left has a problem with it.

    Double standards.

I beg to differ. One cannot say that Trump has been kind, tactful or constructive as he trashed others on Twitter and during his public appearances conferences. He has set a very negative tone starting from before he was elected. He can dish it out but he can't take it. He plays the poor victim when it suits his purpose

I agree, treat people as one wants to be treated. No one with clear thinking can say that Trump does that. He wants to be treated like all powerful emperor , yet is destructive to others who offend him ( for real or in his imagination). He has been that way all his public life.

Trump is going to keep undermining Bidens election. He will make Biden's job as difficult as he can. Trump is a sick man. (mentally) He is undercutting democracy and should be held to account as soon as it is appropriate to do so.

BTW: Happy Birthday to Joe Biden. ;-)

It would be wonderful to have some civility & sanity back in Washington

Are you saying that you wold rather get REVENGE , tan have some stability in the gov't?? What Trump is doing is unprecedented and virtually undemocratic, and quite irrational. At no other time in history did an outing POTUS behave like a crazy person. HE is the one that will do anything to steal the election........and is trying in front of the whole world. Democracy itself is on shaky grounds under his behavior.

Seems that Democracy and the nation is much more important than one ill tempered man. whose time at the job is temporary anyhow.........unless folks want an authoritarian system under one leader for life. Is the devotion to one man.....so great that the principles that the country was built on can be shredded??

Back at ya. The ugliness of the slurs against Obama haven't been forgotten.

And in my opinion, Trump brings the disrespect upon himself. Respect must be earned. Trump is a grifter, a cheater, a crook. How do you expect people to respond to his nasty temperament and childish name-calling?

He was never fit for the office, and I think even he knows that now.

Bypassing McConnell: Democrats push Biden to aggressively use executive power to advance party agenda

With al the obstruction taking pace........ they have to find other avenues tor preparing ...

Meanwhile Trump golfs. Did not bother to attend intenational meetins, is ignoring the grwoing poverty and foo lines, and of course the panemic.

He is making it clear that he does n t and never did like the actual job of POTUS.........but he totally enjoyed the perks , the status and the title.

Thecon man has done a good job in conning a lot of people.

He is deliberately holding up the transition......... in his sulk revenge . He has no respect for the nation or the constitution., let alone the folks that voted for him...........unless i t serves HIM personally. Never in history has an outgoing POUTS behaved this childishly.........and destructively.

Biden picks Janet Yellen for Treasury secretary

President-elect Joe Biden plans to nominate Janet Yellen to be Treasury secretary, CNBC reported Monday.

Yellen, a former chairwoman of the Federal Reserve, would be the first woman to hold the job if she is confirmed by the Senate. As Treasury secretary, Yellen would lead the administration’s effort to get the economy back on its feet after the devastation caused by Covid-19.

That makes the first time in nearly four years that someone has acted like he is president.

As predicted, Biden is selling out to Wall Street just as Obama did. Yellen is an agent of the banks, and will sacrifice the American people and economy to the interests of rich, greedy, privileged parasites.

    Oh great. Another warmonger.

The Blob is Back and It's Ready for War | The American Conservative

Tony Blinken, set to be secretary of state, admitted that the Obama administration, in which he served as national security advisor, bungled Syria. But instead of recognizing that the U.S. should have avoided the multi-sided civil war, he believes America should have gotten more deeply involved, presumably meaning direct military invention. Ronald Reagan tried that with disastrous results in Lebanon’s civil war more than three decades ago. Moreover, Blinken was heedless of the Constitution, arguing that the president should have attacked Syria without congressional authorization.

In an article coauthored with Robert Kagan, a leading neocon who favors war with almost everyone, Blinken incongruously talked a moderate game:

Going forward, we have to be judicious in our use of force; to focus on the aftermath of war, as well as the war itself; to involve allies; to work with Congress and insist that it play its constitutional role. Americans need to know that if we use force, it has been carefully thought out — and by more than just a handful of officials. They deserve to know what our objectives are and to have reasonable confidence that we can achieve them.

However, they wrote of Syria: “Without bringing appropriate power to bear, no peace could be negotiated, much less imposed.” Precisely how was America to enforce peace in that imbroglio? How would the U.S. be made safer by supporting jihadist militias that hated America? More important, why the persistent desire to get the U.S. into unnecessary wars of little concern to Americans?

Blinken also advocated intervention in the Libyan civil war, another U.S.-inspired disaster. In a 2012 Foreign Affairs article, Blinken even defended the Iraq debacle: “For more than three decades, Iraq had known nothing but dictatorship, war, sanctions, and sectarian violence. In just three years, its progress toward a more normal political existence has been remarkable.” Not exactly. Two years later the Islamic State took over much of Iraq and briefly threatened Baghdad.

The only thing Biden is emerging from is his zombie grave... heard his rotten foot fell off when he tried to "emerge"
