    You do realize that judge Brann is a republican and a member of the Federalist Society? Doesn't sound much like the 'activist judge' you apparently think he is, noting that voting against your agenda does not equal 'activist' it equals 'justice' because the extreme right wing agenda is anything but.

    All, all dems want are judges that believe in the judicial philosophy that 'justice matters'.

    All repubs want are judges that vote the way they want them to.

    Are you really that lame to believe it? Say it isn't so.

    Brann is a republican and a member of the Federalist Society, and I sincerely doubt he is going to change his stripes because Obama appointed him, noting that Obama is no longer president.

    Judges are NOT beholden to politicians who appoint them. Hell, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh ruled against Trump recently, and Barret's opinion suggests she is going to let the ACA stand.

    All dems want is justice. Getting Trump evicted is a step in the right direction.

    In the two elections where Dems could have, and probably should have, challenged the election, in Gore v Bush and Trump v Clinton, both Gore and Clinton should have done a lot more to challenge the vote, as the win vote was very narrow indeed.

    In other words, there is no evidence that Dems are going to become Trump when it comes to elections. It is in our nature to behave in accordance to norms and tradition. Repubs lost all credibility with the election of Trump. The GOP is trash, and will take years, if not decades, to recover from Trumpism.

    All reputable sources, including Fox, say there is no evidence of widespread fraud and no evidence of enough fraud to change the outcome.
    Do you believe Fox is wrong?

    Your argument would make sense if you could name one, any Democratic President who generated so much hate among Republicans so they'd do anything and everything from even before the inauguration to depose and get rid of him.

    That is a blatently ignorant statement since it is not anchored in any factual foundation. Compared to Trump's administration whose appointees have have been sentaenced to prison Obama's people look like saints.

    Thats what happens when you ignore state election laws, and have astronomical numbers of ballots pour in, after you've stopped counting, in a coordinated multistate fashion, only to restart in the wee hours to the exclusion of observers.

    Ballots did not pour in after counting stopped. The early count was based on same day voting therefore those result though incomplete were ready to be initially reported. Since the PA legislature did not allow the election commission to even prepare the the mail in ballots. For counting until the end of Election Day the results of those ballots started

    And courts take a very dim view of disenfranchising whole blocks of voters without over-riding evidence of fraud. That's why every Trump argument
    has been thrown out of court.
