It failed because it never mandated costs (which republicans faught), but more importantly, it failed because Rubio and Boehner defunded the risk corridors, which in turn increased premiums. The reason premiums were where they were for true "obamacare plans" is solely on republicans. The devil is in the details.

It was forced to fail by republicans.

HE delivered it as advertised, and the republicans destroyed it after it was implemented ? It WAS lowering costs until the right defunded the risk corridors. HOW is that Obamas fault ?

 

1. Obama's administration did at least have a plan, and many more would have died from that flu had they nothing. The end result is that they put those lessons learned into an updated pandemic playboy (the Bush administration had developed one on 2005), which Trump chose to ignore.

2. Trump did not close borders. He stopped flights from China, but allowed about 40,000 Americans to return home from China in spite of the travel ban. He waited weeks before halting flights from the rest of the world, and even then he didn't include the UK. Therefore, all anyone who still wanted to come here had to do was fly to Heathrow first, from just about anywhere, including China.

 

it was called Affordable Care Act - two first words were a lie. you're coming up with excuses and finger pointing on why Obamacare turned out to be neither affordable nor it provided realistic access to health care, it doesn't change the fact that it was neither, that Obama lied and sold the country a hundred billion dollar lemon.

You can't prove that Biden or anyone else cheated to the point of stealing this election. FFS, man, even Trump's own Homeland Security cyber division couldn't find anything amiss.
