The Blue States stayed locked down through the 4th quarter in an attempt to compress economic performance numbers, now they are opening up to goose the 1st quarter so they can declare Biden an economic genius.

Also watch for a tighter definition of "COVID" cases and deaths so they can also declare him a medical miracle worker.
