He presented an anonymous email purportedly from a Pima County resident regarding a plan by Democrats to “embed votes” in an equal distribution across counties, which he said could be dismissed as a minor error if the plan was detected.
He repeatedly — and falsely — suggested that signatures on mail-in ballots are not verified. In fact, Arizona counties verify signatures on ballot envelopes, ensuring the county mailed a ballot to that voter and the signature matches the one on file with the voter registration record.

No it wouldn’t. Voting on Dominion machines prints the ballots counted using bar codes. Also in the case of Wayne county 71% can’t even be recounted.
