A lawyer yet no clue about pleading under duress which is quite common. Fascinating.

LOL... anybody preparing to admit to a federal crime while lying to the VP and FBI is obviously under duress...

As Weissmann says in his book I just finished, that's the way the wheels of justice have always turned...

Prepare for more "duress" in the years to come...

For an unethical prosecutor like Weismann that would be very true.

Nope you have not stated the crime the FBI was investigating when they went to interview Flynn. Try again and be specific this time.

According to the Justice Department inspector general, the Flynn investigation was properly predicated as a full investigation. In his report on the FBI’s conduct in the Russia investigation, the inspector general stated, “[T]he quantum of information articulated by the FBI to open these individual investigations [that is, the investigations into Flynn as well as Carter Page, George Papadopoulos and Paul Manafort] was sufficient to satisfy the low threshold established by Department and FBI predication policy, particularly in the context of the FBI’s separate and ongoing investigative efforts to address Russian interference in 2016 U.S. elections.”

    Last time... bookmark this...

    LAST time

No crime.... counterintelligence issues, when the incoming NSA is subject to extortion. Just how compromised was DFG Flynn?

Which is why the head CI guy at the FBI was sent in, instead of the criminal division.

Got it now? Don't forget it...

Quote from his report then, what crime was the FBI investigating when they went to interview Flynn? Show where he had ALL the evidence like the FBI emails about trying to get Flynn to lie. Show where he knew the FBI had ended it's investigation into Flynn days before and found NO CRIME. Show were he knew the FISA applications had used phony evidence to obtain the warrants and start the investigations.

What interference ? and how was this interference related to Trump - such that investigating Flynn was "legitimate" - and there is the Rub.

The problem is that you can not show both - and the FBI knew this very early on - as in within weeks after the official investigation started.

And this is the reason the FBI has been called to task - by many a Judge so far - and far more to come If our system has any merit.

This must really hurt your feelings. President's pardoning people. Shall we go over the last two administrations pardons? They are VERY interesting.

Speaking of pardons. Did you vote for Biden?

THE INVESTIGATION WAS OVER..............it had ended with NO FINDING of a crime or Russian collusion. It was over. THEN the cabal at the FBI decided to go and have a conversation with him, what was the predicate crime then when he had already been cleared? What were they trying to find out? And the IG report, which is limited in scope and what evidence it can review to begin with, is superseded by what we know now that he didn't.

If he’d only told the truth it probably would have been over. But his felony admission shows it obviously wasn’t lol
No new evidence has been generated since the IG report.

He thought he was telling the truth read the FBI notes and yes we have documents preciously unknown like the email exchanges about getting Flynn to lie.

Not what crime was his statement about his conversation with the Russian ambassador material too? What were the FBI agents there to find out, what was the crime they were investigating Flynn had just been cleared after a months long investigation.

No he’s just a good liar.
His Russian discussion was relevant to the Russian meddling investigation

That's one good thing about Trump pardoning people... he doesn't have to be a hypocrite, since he's pro law breaking...

Acceptance of a pardon is an admission of guilt. Look up Burdick v US.
