Should Trump respect the Electoral College vote?

In a few days the Electoral College will vote for President.

So far more than 279 Electoral College votes have been certified by the States, for Biden.

Soon that will be 306.

If the Electoral College respects the Will of the People, and chooses Biden for President, should Trump respect this and concede?

 

He should but he won't. I think the conclusion is so obvious that I don't see the point in doing this poll, frankly.

 

He should concede but it's doubtful that he will. He will spend the next four years claiming fraud and working up a rally cry for a Trump run (himself or Ivanka) in 2024.

 

Yes, why not? Especially when he is declared President again.

I suppose it depends on whether 'concede' means admitting the election wasn't fraudulent or whether it means admitting that he was defeated by the fraud.

He should, of course, do neither until Biden is sworn in, because until then, Trump is not defeated.

 

Yes, Trump should respect the decision of the Elecoral College. This has went on long enough. He needs to admit defeat, and move on.

 

Trump's attempted coup will go down in infamy in the historic record and his enablers will not be forgotten. He has given democracy a black eye throughout the world and those continuing to applaud him casts our democracy, the rule of law and out voting process as illegitimate and that is un-American.

Trump should declare a state of emergency and begin arresting those who are guilty in this coup attempt.

Also anyone involved in the Solarwinds/Cozy Bear cyber attacks.

Those involved in the coup are not just Democrats - there are many Republicans who are completely compromised by China as well.

Give me a few of the names of people involved with this "coup", and point me at the evidence of their guilt.

I read the story. I know nothing else about the case, so I'll assume it's accurate reporting. It raises questions, and the reporter makes no specific accusations, which seems appropriate. So...I give up. What's wrong with the story?

 

The reporter was killed by the CIA.

She was investigating and reporting on the CIA laundering drug money from their operations in Afghanistan.

The CIA funds their black ops (off the books) operations largely from the proceeds from the heroin trade out of Afghanistan - which is the reason America is in Afghanistan for nearly 20 years now.

When the Muslims took over Afghanistan they eradicated the poppy fields and effectively shut down the heroin trade. The U.S. invaded and the first thing they did was get the poppy fields back up and running.
