We were just talking about electric bikes a couple of days ago and someone said it would be better with three wheels. So now that you've mentioned yours, I looked it up. Any recommendations when looking for one?

I have the go-go LX three wheeler made by Pride. The design is to be used pretty much anywhere indoors or out, the more level the better. Because of the small diameter tires and the low center of gravity the three wheel model is plenty stable. Also it will maneuver (turn) in a tighter circle than a four wheel model. If you were considering more of a bicycle size trike you have to take into consideration that the higher center of gravity will add an additional risk factor to the stability of a three wheeler.

I'm overweight, but I lift a LOT of weight at work sometimes. Sometimes we install hundreds of batteries weighing over 100 lb each by hand. I wear a back brace and lift with my legs, but it's wearing me down. At least the money is good.

I bet you subsist on carbohydrates.
Bread. Pasta. Juices. Cookies - Cake - Candy

Try Hard Core Atkins for 2 weeks and see what happens.
    Zero Carbohydrates!
You will feel bad around day 3 to 9 as you withdraw
from carbohydrate addiction and your liver learns to
make blood sugar from fat. Then high energy and needing less sleep.

After a significant weight loss week 2
you will average 2.5 lbs loss per week.
    And no exercise required! :woot:

    No cheating
I tell patients it's an Old Testament Diet.
    No forgiveness.
    Cheating will cost 3 - 4 days

    Graze. Don't get hungry.
Lots of water. More water. Do Not Avoid Salt
unless you are one of them salt sensitive Russians where
a little salt causes blood pressure to skyrocket

thank goodness an exact age wasn't required, as i'd have to do the math and i'm simply too tired for that sort of mental exercise tonight. i've been telling folks that i'm old enough to know better and young enough not to care ever since i was around thirty and i think that was around a half-century ago. no, my memory isn't going. sometimes i just remember things that haven't happened yet. it's not my fault that the timeline is all screwed up.

    29. I've been talking to a bunch of old men this whole time? Maybe because all the young people ran off to social media and reddit.
