Well if you ignore the fact that BOTH the House & Senate have to vote for it - you may have a point

Also ignore the fact that Romney, Toomey, Sasse, Murkowski, Thune, McConnell and other republicans are not going to vote for it - you may have a point

No they are not. The results have been certified by every state, according to their laws. Court cases challenging the results have been tossed.

Law was in effect for a year - including the June primary. Law was challenged after the election not before as it should have been

No court is going to throw out 2.5 million votes where people were voting as decreed by both parties. That is not what courts do. Republicans changed a law and then complained when it backfired. The challenges to throw out the votes were unethical and part of a clear cut coup attempt. The solution is to change for future elections.

PS - again - the claim from the dictator want to be is Mass Fraud. This is not a fraud issue, because there was no mass fraud, other than the mass fraud spreading lie after lie after lie

As I said yesterday, if I were the D's, I'd make a single 5 minute statement reading the election certification of the state "in question", then let the R's commit political hari-kari for the rest of the time.
