    Rep. Emanuel Cleaver, D-Mo., altered the traditional ending of "amen" by saying "Amen and awoman" as he delivered the opening prayer for the 117th Congress on Sunday -- raising eyebrows.

    How can people elect such total morons!? He obviously knows nothing of prayer so why was he delivering the opening prayer?

    For anyone that doesn't know, 'amen' has nothing to do with gender. It simply means 'so be it' or 'it is so'.

    They will never stop talking about Trump. It is as boring as hell for the rest of us who have to read post after post after post of orange man bad. Hopefully the elites give them a new narrative that they can parrot soon; preferably not white man evil, climate change will kill us all, China is our friend, bomb the Middle East, lockdown good, Covid is the black plague, open the borders.

    I am not going to fuss over this petty stuff, I do agree if the person doesn't know the meaning they shouldn't be speaking such terms. Still a simple possibility he misspoke.

    It amazes me that so many Trump haters offer words with no substance respective to the OP! So then they simply say we hate Trump. Somebody asked me what TDS was and this is concrete evidence of exactly what it is.

    Please return to the topic of this representative offering up the opening prayer with zero knowledge of prayer. He thought he was being smart, but then he opened his mouth and removed all doubt in respects to his intelligence!
