Are you familiar with the concept of a relational data base? A piece of data related a piece of data in one group ( let's call group A) can have a relation to a data in another group ( group b) but that particular relation of the two pieces of data links the two groups with a common piece of dat say "moron". So Representative Cleaver in group A is acting like a " moron" and he was elected and Donnie of group B who was also elected is acting like a "Moron" that relates Cleaver and Donnie as"morons". Draw yourself a diagram maybe that will help you see how Cleaver and Donnie are related.
