Did you read the conversation you posted? The Republican AG for Georgia said that they have examined the situations brought up at least twice, recounted twice, etc.
I am completely comfortable with closer examination. What I am uncomfortable with is a vote tallied, recounted twice, allegations of fraud investigated and found to be false or minimal, but still the president wants another government official to change the election results, "find" votes, and will go to the extreme of threatening them if they don't do what the president wants. I can tell you haven't read the transcript.

Critical thinking skills.............. he states he can "look" at a ballot and determine it's validitiy. If there was a way of scanning them and intantaneously determining validity, wouldn't they already be doing this?
