Oh, please. Don’t give me that crap, “We expect this from the left.” Nobody has been innocent over the last four years. Both sides have engaged in violence. It took an attack on Capitol while one of our most important political ceremonies is playing out inside with every senator and representative present and in danger before the right could find the courage to speak out. The police aren’t supposed to play politics. If violence is a heightened possibility, they ought to be assuming the potential comes from all sides.
