Not really. The very first COVID relief bill included provisions that had the federal government pay for testing and treatment for COVID for the uninsured, so as far as a COVID diagnosis goes, the US has had a national health insurance program for several months.
I'm glad to hear this, this is positive. And I appreciate that the US government has thought to help persons without a health insurance.

The economy was doing very well and Trump was on the road to a landslide re-election. The first impeachment but the Dems n the ass. They had to destroy Trump. It made no difference that they had to also destroy 100’s of thousands on businesses to do that. The lives get destroyed was just collateral damage which couldn’t be helped.
