This was a sub group off the main feed. The bias at Nextdoor is obvious. They are not interested in facts but only promoting false narratives.

They will absolutely ban you if you break their rules. It wouldn't be suppression of your speech; it would be a consequence you receive for not following the rules.

We expect dumb things out of the Left, but you are right, they do seem dumber than usual.

THIS IS CNN: CNN issues correction of the week, noting that Rep. Ted Lieu grabbed a ProBar energy bar and not a crowbar during the Capitol siege.

Their correction led to this parody, which was floating around Twitter last night:

    …Or is it?

Our universities have been churning them out, year after year. We've known about these campus speech codes, but now they are attempting implement them as state policy. I doubt we'll put up with much more of this nonsense.

From impeaching for constitutionally protected speech to canceling conservatism.

Every believer in free speech from the Right or Left has to feel a little queasy about a private firm that has become a global platform censoring the president of the United States and preventing him from effectively communicating with citizens over a chosen medium of universal reach. And especially queasy, since the clowns doing this see this suppression of free speech by Big Tech monopolies as the "new normal."

Oliver Darcy of Fake News CNN wants its cable rivals to be held “responsible for the lies they peddle.” Law professors are surprisingly open to speech suppression, as Thomas Edsall reported in his Fake News New York Times blog.
The left always wants to criminalize its opposition.

This is major anti competitive practice I would say ? We need to take away these monopoly powers which are trampling on freedom of speech/information.

The Big Tech oligarchy colluded to wipe out competition (Parler) and that is illegal racketeering. Each company, acting individually, might be within a legal framework even if morally reprehensible. When they colluded with each other to wipe out a competitor, they committed a RICO violation and deserve to be criminally prosecuted.

You can't have much more of a clear cut example of anti competitive practice - this should be a no brainer - lets see if Biden's brain is up to the task.

Are you that oblivious to the difference between PF - and Google/Facebook/Amazon ?

What grade level does it need to be taken down to so I know where to begin the explanation of why your analogy is not applicable.

Biden is one of the career politicians whose legislative acts enabled the formation of these monopolies and oligarchies. Big Tech has just clearly shown itself to be a branch of the authoritarian Democrat Party State.

The only people who oppose the takeover by The Establishment are the outsider Socialists on the left and the outsider Nationalists on the right. I've been predicting that we will see some "strange" bipartisan efforts in Congress with the "ends" fighting the "middle". Antitrust legislation is a key area of agreement.

Very True - The anti E movement was quite active on both sides during the Trump/Clinton Election .. did not really show up during the last election though.

Now it is just a disaster - Blue's enviro policy is worse than Red - overall .. and that is not an easy bar to hit.

No change to the Status Quo under Biden .. bought and paid for - through and through.. a Trusted Soldier of R&R Corporation -

Aka "SugarDaddy" to Trump - who's biggest Trick was to fool people into thinking he was Anti Establishment :)

~Joe Biden has been in public service for 47 years and has never yet been up to the task . What exactly has he accomplished since he has been in government ? :confuse:´

He authored The Patriot Act, reducing our freedoms and allowing the government to spy on us citizens. He also authored a crime bill which separated black men from their families and locked them in cages for decades over minor drug charges.

Other than that, his DINO/RINO peers called him one of the "nicest" guys on D.C.'s Hill. We should know that when someone in Washington refers to a peer as "nice", what they mean is that the person has no ideological core so they easily become a pushover and flip-flopper in negotiations, crumbling on personal integrity to preserve the "nice" reputation. China will make progress in their goal to replace us as the world economic power.

Foreign policy will suffer greatly, and at home, the Woke Mob's influence is going to increase social divides while The Establishment and their Corporate partners continue to rake all the money into their own pockets.

Buckle up. It's going to be a two-year Dark Winter.

I know, I know..... we need at least 40 investigations with same outcome like we did with Banganzi. Investigations are fun, almost as much fun as inventing conspiracy theories.

Trump was not a skilled messenger, but 74 million voters understand and agree with the America First working class message. I would also argue that Trump was and is Anti-Establishment, otherwise The Rulers would not have had to work daily to dehumanize and demonize him. If you are hated by the DINO's and the RINO's then you are an unwelcome disrupter of The Establishment's status quo.

A couple days ago, Ari Fleisher penned and op ed that Trump's biggest problem was Trump's personality, which overshadowed his popular platform positions. I agree. Despite Trump's flaws, the political ideology resonated with half of the voter in this country.

Biden is no more than a sock puppet. How does a guy who finished fifth with 8 percent of the vote in the New Hampshire primary become the Democrat nominee?

The only “failure” was the repeal/replace of ObamaCare. IMO the Ryan-Price plan was well constructed and was as good as could be done because of the reconciliation limitations. The freedom caucus and their counterparts in the Senate torpedoed the plan placing their “perfection” in front of the public good. Trump was able to eliminate some of the more onerous features such as the mandates. In the Covid time this was used as a campaign issue.

DNC Corporation chooses the nominee. The oligarchy State Media arm ensures The Party gets their pick. Both Sanders and Elizabeth Warren were showing to be far more popular with voters on the left side of the aisle than Dementia Joe. Media silenced those candidates with no free air time. Now the same oligarchical State Media Complex is systemically silencing as many voices on the right side of the aisle as possible. Big Tech Five media just officially joined with the dying Cable Media cabal in deciding what information the public is allowed to access. All Left, all the time.

Trivia, James Sensenbrenner is generally considered to be the author of the Unpatriot Act, but I'm sure Biden was an enthusiastic supporter or co-sponsor.

author of the patriot act - Bing

Trump got out of hand but - he was an establishment wonk - who served the international financiers who allowed him to get there.

Serving the Same Sugar Daddy as Biden at the end of the day. Trump did not change any of the systemic issues - and maintained the Status quo .. just like Biden will do.

Running around crying "America First" while putting the Establishment first - in every way.
