"Killing"? I have not a fkn clue what you are aimlessly pontificating on in a post that falsely poses as a response to mine. I said absolutely nothing that could reasonably be construed as anything other than a lawful electoral contest.
Fake News, we'll resume the majority in 2022.
More Fake News. Out of the 535 members of Congress, there are:

    2 Independents
    0 Green Party
    0 Working Families Party

I don't if there was a date set to start Impeaching Donald Trump. The Democrats are working to fix it and see to it that Trump doesn't hold another public office in Government ever again. I think that's what they're working on.

There won't be anything the Trumps can do or say for a long long time.

You are going to resume the majority in 2022? How are you going to do that, kill all the Democratic members of Congress? Even the NRA went bankrupt trying to prop up the mass shootings party.

The only person that died as a direct result of the protest was the person shot by security as far as I have heard - mind you I stopped listening quite a while ago. There was no concerted effort or plan to kill or kidnap people - and Trump was not urging this.

This is a claim of desperation - desperately trying to fit the Protest turned riot into "Terrorism" - by putting false labels onto this action - because if we stick to reality .. it does not fit that definition.

    "Property Destroyed - Theft - Trespassing - interrupting Gov't"

Do you not see what is going on here - the act of protesting is being turned into an act of Domestic Terrorism.

Why does this not concern you ? Scares the hell out of me ..

What is also Scary - is how many in Congress - including the new President - are either this stupid or this evil .. and there is no option C.

Either one is not intelligent enough to be in any position of authority over anything - or one is an Authoritarian Control Freak.

4 Dead in Ohio - You had all of the above - and 4 people died as a result of the Protest.

Domestic Terrorism "Big Time" by your standards.

I really don't like where this is going - this is horrible horrible precedent - which give's the Gov't way too much power to stifle dissent.

At one time, such a knot was illegal in some states. Yeah...some of the rioters, I suppose, could be tried with attempted murder.
Breaking into the nation's Capitol is - IMO - domestic terrorism. This was an attempt to stop the joint session, over which VP Pence was presiding. by force. That is against the law.

Is it that particular building that causes the "Terrorism" designation - or does any any significant building that protesters occupy count.

Those Occupy Wall Street folks disrupting our Nations Financial Hub - "Domestic Terrorists"

What should we Label BLM -- good grief the damage from those protests - "Domestic Terrorists" - all of them who participated.

I think your rocker is broken and you are in danger of falling off.

Occupy Wall Street was an approved protest. When they exceeded their permits, they were eventually removed, some by arrest. And, Wall Street is a public street, not a building.

Are you being intentionally obtuse ? Suppose Occupy had taken over some some building - done some damage

Terrorism right -- Domestic Terrorism BLM - Terrorism - 4 dead in Ohio Terrorism -

Your rocker ain't fixed yet ? - didn't I know better methinks you might have fallen off into "be careful what you wish for Land"

You seriously have no idea of the precedent being set - should we go with your definition of terrorism - and completely unaware of the slippery slopes .. not even a thought to that silliness ey .. who cares about future generations - we need to get Dr T and get him now - regardless of the cost.

Authoritarianism - is exactly what you are suggesting .. bow down to the Borg - way far down the dark path you have wandered ..

There are laws, primarily local ordnances, which provide rules to follow for legitimate protests. Not sure what your point is? Are you suggesting the rioters at the Capitol shouldn't be arrested? Read Title 18 U.S.C. paragraph 2331 (5).

My point is clear - and your response avoidance - Thought avoidance - in desperate denial of what the consequences of your actions are.

There is a difference between breaking the law - and "Terrorism" Last I checked.

You now want to make them the same - suggesting that because a protest violates the law - automatically this constitutes terrorism

You are digging one heck of an "I Love Authoritarianism " HOLE ====>>> deep down in da ground mon .. desist from this dark path.

Domestic terrorism IS a form of criminal activity, as defined in law...see the Homeland Security Act, Title 6 U.S.C.101.

You're trying to play word games...true, not all criminal activity is terrorism, but all terrorism is criminal...by law.

You have no evidence he incited a riot but your title says he did.

Reminds me of the fake news on tv trying to make things seem different to fit there narrative.

Most people don't actually watch the news. They just read the headlines or hear rumors and believe them to be true.

I'm glad I'm not one of those people. Trump never incited the riot but we both know you don't like him or care. You just want to see him punished.

Why can't we take back the house and Senate in 2022? Can you predict the future?

Terrorism is defined in the Code of Federal Regulations as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives” (28 C.F.R.

I believe we saw some terrorism on 1/6 ...

Do not project your issues onto me - you are the one who can not seem to figure out the consequences of what you desire.

There is a difference between breaking the law - and "Terrorism" - but you made no distinction. - suggesting that because a protest violates the law - automatically this constitutes terrorism.

Rallies/protests on federal public property in Washington D.C. must have a National Park Service approval, prior to the event. The January 6th rally was an approved event. However, the application must specify the anticipated numbers attending the rally, number of speakers, location, etc. It's a public document and would be interesting to read. I suspect there was no "march on the Capitol" on the approved application and it was when the rally exceeded its parameters - with the President's speech calling for the march - was the approximate time the D.C. Police changed the classification of the event from "protest" to "riot" (around 1:30 PM). The break-in to the building itself occurred around 2:30 PM, following the 2:24 PM Trump Tweet stating: "Mike Pence didn't have the courage to do wha should be done to protect our Country and our Constitution." Otherwise, "it's now up to you." AFTER the break-in, at approximately 2:38 PM, he called for the rioters to respect the Capitol Police and law enforcement people, who are on our side, and to stay peaceful...intentionally or unintentionally, too little, too late. The violent break-in had already occurred.

Interesting how many definitions we have had so far - this one seems unusually short but - OK

By this definition - any Protest that gets out of hand is terrorism - and all those who took part in a protest where a riot occurred - are Terrorists - guilty by association - as are any person who riled these people up.

Welcome to the revolution baby !!

Do we have any Authoritarians in the crowd tonight !

No...those were the ones breaking into the Capitol. Most of the posters here opposing the break-in are those who believe in law and order. But, here is another question: The original rally was scheduled for January 23rd & January 24th and applied for on December 22nd. It was changed to coincide with the January 6th date of the joint session, electoral count. Why?

Arnold should have stuck to weight lifting and acting, because he made for a lousy politician and governor, and now a lousy pundit as well.
