Biden has been very hands off on the impeachment issue, for good reasons.

In any case, you can lead a horse to the water, but you can't make it drink. Biden extended an olive branch to the Republicans in his inauguration speech. It is up to them to take him up on it. Or, they can go back to what the did for 8 years under Obama and obstruct with all their might. My guess it, it will be the latter.
