What majority of adults want Biden out? LOL
Have you somehow missed that 81 million Americans voted for Biden? It's quite unbelievable... your wishful thinking defies reality every time.

Look, to your dismay, Biden is the POTUS and will remain the POTUS for 4 years unless he dies before the end of his term.

And no, he isn't demented, not to the degree that would warrant the 25th, and just based on my - extensive - knowledge of how cognitive decline progresses, from this point where he only has minor cognitive issues that are age-consistent, it is utterly unlikely that he would get a galloping case of dementia that would get him 25th'ed before the end of his term, short of contracting something like BSE. He will probably be a bit more forgetful and will need a bit more help from his entourage in 4 years but that's about it. He still got a lot of gas in the tank, and ideas to the contrary were 1. a campaign talking point that has failed, and 2. now are a talking point for those who are profoundly envious of the fact that he soundly beat their boy.

What amuses me every time is that these outrageous claims of dementia so easily backfire: what kind of president was Trump, that the got spanked by a demented guy??? LOL, too funny

Claims that Biden is dumb are also laughable... This guy is a lawyer, served in the US Senate for decades, then served as veep for 8 years, and then won a difficult election against an incumbent and now he is the POTUS... got a significant net worth (honestly earned; claims that he is corrupt are a conspiracy theory)... So, he is better educated, wealthier, infinitely more successful, and infinitely more accomplished than 99.99% of the people who call him dumb.

It's rather difficult to make the case that Joe should be quashing the current impeachment proceedings for the sake of unity, yet file against him at the same time. No?

You mean the people who have attended the liberal universities to learn how only educated people who believe in the more marxist philosophies are wise?
Yes, I'm aware of that. Are you aware that formal education and wisdom are not the same? That knowledge and understanding are not the same? That theory and practice are not the same and that results are the only real confirmation that you know how to do anything? I employed a PhD many years back, about 35, living with his parents who had paid for his education. He was my warehouse janitor. Wasn't a very good one. And- I've been introduced at seminars and listed as "doctor" in programs by educated people who assumed I must have a degree because of my knowledge and skills. I have no degree- but PhD psychologists and a fair number others have come to the programs I used to teach to learn how I could do things they said was impossible.

It would be really pompous to pretend the democrats have been acting with wisdom or character over the last 5 years. What the behavior indicates is that they all seem to have MBSDD degrees.
Education goes on 24/7 everywhere for people who want to learn, and never quits. I've met so many "educated" people who assumed when they got their degree they knew it all and quit learning, that it's become a joke. Many of them can't think well in real world situations, and think in ideologies rather than finding practical solutions.

It's reminded me of the line in Ghostbusters where Dan Ackroyd tells Murray (Dr Binkman)-
"You've never been out of college! You don't know what it's like out there! I've WORKED in the private sector. They expect results!".

Here's your educated democrat... elected to congress by democrats. Probably all educated too.
She's not just short a few bricks, but the whole load, and she doesn't have a clue.
She does have a lot of company on her side.

And why in the hell should I care what some wacko files in Congress?

I warned other conservatives back in 2015 and 2016 that Trump was dangerously incompetent. We have seen the bill come due, multiple times over the last four years and now this result. All predictable and Not my fault, I voted against both Trump and Shrillery. But those who supported Trump? Well, about time you people all looked in the mirror and yelled at yourself "HOW COULD YOU BE SO STUPID!!!"

People on the internet accusing Biden of stuff doesn't disqualify him of anything. Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

This is totally crazy. Nobody can commit an impeachable offense in one day.

BTW, M.T. Greene is a known conspiracy theorist. She belongs in a psychiatric clinic.

You can tell yourself whatever you want, but unless you are a genuine achiever with a record of success- you are an armchair quarterback with all the answers, who has never played the game.
How does one vote against both Trump and Hillary? Stay home, of course... and work up the reasons neither of them are acceptable. Unfortunately, we do not have a ballot option for "None of the above".

Which is why the democrats started planning Trump's impeachment before he was elected, convicting first and creating crimes to claim later?
I never said this lady had a case, just that the BS people put on others seems to come back on them. Karma, in a way...

The person introducing that is not exactly an example of wisdom, for sure.

Her case is that Biden abused power as VP, that disqualifies him now. Not going to fly of course, but just making the claim gets it in the official records. The dems had no problem with baseless claims either.
I'd be most pleased if they would all stop that crap and take care of the job they are being paid for. Not holding my breath, of course.

Greene is just trying to pander to her Q base. Unfortunately, a few Q followers were elected to Ckngress, so we may have to deal with unhinged conspiracy theories for the next few years. It's a good thing they only represent a minority though.

If you remember what I wrote, or look back- the originn
While I won't spend time digging for a verifiable source on this one, I will say that two things are true- One, she says and proposes many stupid things, and Two- that has made her the target of a lot of memes and mocking quotes. A few I'm very sure of:

“Our guarantee to having a home comes before someone else’s privilege to earn a profit.”
She believes members of Congress are inaugurated.
The upper-middle class doesn't exist anymore (in fact, its doubled in recent years)
She also did make the claim that if we didn't adopt he "Green new deal" the world would end in 12 years.
Actually, adopting the plan as she states it would destroy the world economically in that time.

This is not congressional material. We should not be wasting time imagining anything she says may have value.

Unfortunately Biden is catering to the radicals to some extent. His Day One cancelling of the Keystone Pipeline is very Green New Deal-ish. He just knocked out 11,000 American jobs with the stroke of a pen to satisfy the fringe left. Signing the Paris Climate Agreement is also far left wing and will cost this country millions of jobs and billions of dollars of GDP over the next few years, in addition to dropping the lowest-wage workers into total poverty and government dependence.

Bernie Sanders is the Senate Budget Committee's new chair.

    Buckle up!

Your post reminded me of this ....

President-elect Donald J. Trump said on Tuesday that he had no intention of pressing for an investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server or the financial operations of her family’s foundation, dropping the “lock her up” pledge that became a rallying cry for his campaign for the White House.

Mr. Trump, who branded his rival “Crooked Hillary” and said she would go to jail if he were president, said in an interview with reporters and editors at The New York Times that he was no longer interested in pursuing Mrs. Clinton, in part because he wanted to heal the wounds of a divisive campaign.

“I don’t want to hurt the Clintons, I really don’t,” Mr. Trump said during the interview. “She went through a lot and suffered greatly in many different ways, and I am not looking to hurt them at all. The campaign was vicious.”
    NY Times, November 22, 2016

During Trump's time in office, the Democrats weaponized impeachment. I see this Republican doing the same in a tit for tat gesture.

Perhaps it would be best if all parties just let it go, and we move on.

If Biden had any leadership skills and wanted to unify the country, he would suggest to Schumer to just drop the Senate trial, but Biden supports it.

I hear that Chief Justice John Roberts is saying that the Supreme Court's job is to preside over the Senate impeachment trial to remove the sitting president, and that since Trump is not the sitting president, then he may refuse to attend.

A more Banana-ier Banana Republic we just ushered into office. Perhaps the Banana-est!

81 million Americans did not vote for Biden. They voted to remove Trump because CNN said orange man bad.

Several Democrats I know don't like Biden but wanted Trump gone so they supported him for that reason only.

Seth, I agree- but it's already clear the dems do not. There's lip service to unity, but all kinds of threats to punish people who supported Trump, to purge them- the kind of trash you would expect from a total dictatorship.

When you look at the total hogwash the press wrapped the inauguration in and the extreme duplicity we have been dealing with for years, we are not anywhere close to being able to unify- and we won't be until the dems realize and acknowledge the abuses they have been responsible for, and that they have damaged this nation. That's not a call for punishment- it's to say that until they recognize that, they are incapable of unification, incapable of understanding what is important, of prioritizing it, and controlling their own conduct, they simply can't do it. We now have an administration that with it's many radical elements has backed the worst political behavior in at least 100 years- and looks at you with a straight face acting as if as if it was normal, angry at those the abuse for objecting. They are literally celebrating the success of the their abuse. Until they can grow out of the tantrum phase and accept responsibility for their own behavior, calls for unity are a lot like fishbait. So long as it is that only the foolish will believe and bite.
