He definitely could have done more. Maybe not treat wearing a mask so cavalierly. Maybe not second guess and bash the infectious disease experts, you know, what with all of his expertise in infectious diseases and all. Maybe not say COVID will miraculously go away when the weather gets warmer. Maybe not say COVID is very much under control in the US on Feb 24 2020. Maybe not say, on Feb 26, 2020 that the 15 cases in the US within a couple of days is going to be down to zero. Maybe he shouldn't have said such things given he was well aware when all this started how bad COVID would be according to HIS quote...“It’s also more deadly than even your strenuous flu... This is deadly stuff”.

Incorrect again. My state (blue) is not open to full capacity regarding restaurants/bar for example. If it was JUST about "making the economy bad for Trump", restaurants/bars would already be at 100% capacity again. So there's that.

The trouble with novel viruses is that you are constantly battling against ignorance what appears true 1 minute becomes false the next.

I trusted scientists, so I was not surprised that President Trump was lying.
When President Trump said we re doing great with the corona virus fight - I checked the John Hopkins University site and found that out of 220 countries the US in number 200 relative to number of infections/death per capita.
The troubles are not with viruses - the troubles are with poorly educated Americans who don't trust science.

 

That the Trump lost the election, and then either through a psychotic break or willful misinformation, has been insisting that it won. The the election was stolen from it. That is the fraud.
