Meh, these charts are misleading. "Number of cases" without other data is meaningless. How much testing has been done in other nations and how accurate is the reporting of cases across the board? Without knowing these answers these charts are worthless. Economically the US has done better than other nations.

In order to accept comparative charts like these you have to believe that the information is accurate. Since the data comes from the countries being compared it is reasonable to consider all the data to be inaccurate. For some reason people tend to believe information that is graphed. I don't know why.
