I don't have access to tables of statistics, but every time some "undocumented immigrant" (lib-code for ILLEGAL ALIEN) causes a big traffic crash, frequently getting a number of innocent people killed, it comes out that he didn't have insurance, a valid driver's license, a visa, citizenship, a 'green card', or anything else....

And yet it's amazing how hyperliberal, America-hating radical Democrats ADORE these illegal invaders, and strive more and more to welcome them into the United States!

Don't worry! Unless I miss my guess, we'll get a big damned GUT-FULL of them, arriving in SWARMS by this fall! Thanks, Joe!

Democrats, like Republicans want power. They will lie and say they want Americans to be healthier, but the reality is that Americans are sicker than ever in spite of record profits for pharm companies. Masking symptoms does not make people healthier. The "free health care" is a scam and the results speak for themselves.

Listen to McConnel who said Trump " provoked the Capitol attackers".
    https://www.politico.com/news/2021/01/19/mcconnell-trump-provoked-capitol-attackers-460372

Then Mitch goes on to say that Trump actions were a "disgraceful dereliction ofduty".
    https://www.usatoday.com/story/news...sed-capitol-riot-but-votes-acquit/4476982001/

McConnel also stated that Trump cause the riots through his "crescendo of Conspiracy theories".

Read the articles and read again the line of " crescendo of conspiracy theories". That is what the vast majority of us normal reasonable honest people who have no political axe to grind have been saying albeit using synonyms and complementary words. I for one have always said that Trump excited goaded or otherwise inspired his followers to eventually resort to violence by lying repeatidly the the election was "rigged" that there was fraud that it was stolen. Trump fed his cult followers Bullschiest and they ate it up and eventually acted upon it.

I realize people want to believe that he did, but no reasonable person could translate his words into a call for violence. Trump pulled a Hillary. Thats all.

No cost healthcare is not a scam, it works well in most other countries. They have lower rates of obesity, higher quality of life, lower infant mortality, longer life expectancy, and less financial stress than we have due to medically related reasons. Their nations also pay substantially less than America does per person for healthcare.

Preventative healthcare is something that is more practiced in other nations that we ignore, along with education (pizza is not a vegetable). No one believes more pills will make us healthier. Diet is another area that we are woefully inadequate in — just compare our school lunches to those in other countries.

For us to be “#1” we sure do suck in many areas that other nations seem to have at least partially figured out. Which party do you think is holding us back by refusing to do anything?

A bipartisan consensus of congress in both chambers including the top Republican congressman and over 60% of the US population must not be reasonable then...

You side with people that believe Jewish space lasers caused the California forest fires that trump initially refused to send aid because they didn’t vote for him. Such an interesting place the Republican Party has gone.

We already spend more per patient than any other country and results show that Americans are sicker than ever. Meanwhile, food giants enjoy a steady stream of income from tax dollars and no politician will stand up to them.

The standard American diet is mostly subsidized and until we tackle the issue of avoiding illness, spending money on masking symptoms only delays the inevitable. Eventually there wont be enough of our population healthy enough to contribute to the work. 1 in 3 Americans is diabetic or pre-diabetic.

Why are politicians refusing to do anything? None are willing to bite the hand that elects them.

It is sad and that's why no one should be encouraging illegals to come here. Right now it's freezing down here, in the teens. Illegals in the desert are going to freeze to death and that's on Biden and the left.

If they can afford a phone they can afford to enter legally. Our tax dollars at work helping people who shouldn’t be here and never paid a dime to get police assistance in the first place.

I agree — unfortunately in times of severe crisis those with the highest likelihood of survival are prioritized over those that are not... In America we do it by income:

Nearly 1 in 4 Americans are skipping medical care because of the cost

    Look at Australia.
They had a mass influx of 'refugees' until they mandated that they be held on offshore islands and never be allowed to settle in Australia.
Knowing that they will never be allowed to stay meant that the 'refugees' stopped trying.
If we used the same logic here that even if you made it to the US you would not be allowed to stay, but would be housed in a US territory such as Guam, Samoa etc.
    That would stop this:

Some of these are from Africa, which isn't exactly across the road from the US. They have made a deliberate journey halfway round the world trying to get into the most affluent county in the world. They are not escaping persecution, they are looking for handouts.

In these socialistic Utopias where medical care costs nothing, who gets stuck with the bill?

But, you're right if you mean that we Americans pay more -- MUCH more for medical care and especially for pharmaceutical medicines.

Why? Because once the government got involved in PAYING for the medical bills for more and more so-called "poor" people -- guess what? -- the prices that medical-sector corporations and hospitals charged increased dramatically. Also, because 'Big Pharma' lobbyists worked money-grubbers in BOTH political parties in Congress, we Americans pay more for drugs than anyone else.

When government gets involved in ANYTHING, the costs shoot straight up -- look at what happened in the costs of a university education once government got in the 'student loan business'!

Why is everything you just posted simply not true any where else in the entire world. We are the ONLY wealthy nation that does not have some type of national healthcare system.

As for who pays for it, the same people that are paying for it now — we are just giving doctors offices their slice, medical coders their slice, insurance companies their slice... and then we allow them to negotiate between themselves for procedures that the “customer” cannot turn down or they die.

Why is it that Americans and their politicians are so incompetent that they cannot do what every one else has already done?
    We don’t have superior access
We don’t have superior outcome (except in a few very expensive and specialized procedures)
    We don’t have superior quality
    We don’t have superior satisfaction

And we pay more than everyone by a significant margin — as much as 3000% more on some items. All because people run in with no real argument except to scream buzz words and half the nation that’s all they need as a reason.

To your comparison about student loans — they both share the same common element, we are paying private entities that exist solely to increase their revenue. It isn’t government that is the issue, it is American government and private greed.

I agree that you should have a decent border. In Australia we ship illegal boat arrivals straight off to an island. incredibly cruel but effective because it keeps the numbers down and more lives are then saved than were being lost at sea.

I'm sorry the issue has been politicized in the US.
