Not at the moment and according to what the soon to be new AG, it isn't one of his listed priorities.

And perhaps he's forgotten that the hush money paid by Cohen was a crime requiring jail time. He didn't pay that money for his own benefit and was repaid by Trump for facilitating it. So if it was a crime for Cohen, why not a crime for his client who ordered it?

The things they have the really good cases on are mostly State crimes. Patience, the NY AG is no doubt building an airtight case. No hurry

He is to busy asking around if illegal border crossings are illegal... That and asking what happened in Portland all Summer.. For an AG pick he seems to not know a damn thing about his job.

Nope - but when the payments are made in the exact amount that was paid in hush money, it's dubious at best.

It is kind of funny how hard you are avoiding that question. Such an interesting narrative.

That a DA can subpoena someone tax records. You are claiming to know what the grand jury is discussing.

He had plenty to say. Numerous incarcerations, convictions, seizures — and INDIVIDUAL ONE

    What is Trump AFRAID Of?

But buried in that conclusion is this nagging question: What is Trump so afraid of? As in: Why has he fought so incredibly hard for the past five-plus years to keep anyone from seeing his taxes?
Remember that Trump's view on releasing his tax returns was not always what it is today.
"If I decide to run for office, I'll produce my tax returns, absolutely," Trump said in 2014. "And I would love to do that." The following year, Trump told conservative radio talk show host Hugh Hewitt: "I would certainly show tax returns if it was necessary."
But then something changed. By February 2016, Trump, who was starting to look more and more like the GOP presidential nominee, was starting to backtrack on his previous promises. "We'll make a determination over the next couple of months," he told CNN's Anderson Cooper in an interview that aired on February 24, 2016. "It's very complicated."

For Cohen alone because of how he PERSONALLY handled the money. The payment to Daniels was perfectly legal for Trump to make the expectation of the client is that the lawyer will properly handle the transaction. And Cohen's big problems were his personal business dealings.

You can read Joe’s tax returns.

He released them, like normal presidential candidates do.

Your wannabe fuhrer thinks he’s above that.

It was a payoff for silence. Cohen was the bag man.

Just ask him. He probably has tapes.

Your ethical standards appear to be quite elastic!

Evidence was presented for both bribery and collusion. Your turn. It isn’t a very difficult question yet you have been dancing around it for pages. Why?

    What?

FFS if you have something to back up your claims then present it.. Screaming individual one over and over again is not evidence of anything,

Oh he was guilty of plenty himself, but the campaign finance tampering was at the request of Trump.

There was no campaign finance violation on Trump's part, his instructions to Cohen to get the NDA and pay her was not illegal and was not a campaign finance matter it was HIS OWN MONEY.

Here is Cohen's plea agreement and Trump is not even mentioned

    https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdny/p...ral-court-eight-counts-including-criminal-tax

And why do you believe it would be in his tax returns? Trump would not have to report that payment in his taxes, on what line do you report NDA payments?

That's been said literally 100's of time just here on this forum, but why it never gets understood is a mystery..
