It most certainly is about plans; the Democrats have a plan for Covid relief. The Republicans are saying only "no". If I am tired of "no" from any side. Unless the more conservative members come up with a plan of their own it will be taken that they do not want Covid relief. I hope that would be inaccurate. If there is no proposal other than the current plan the current plan or something close to it may pass which I am sure they don't want. All sides must begin to say this is what I stand for not "no."
