    Okay - so more specifically...A woman's desire to determine what happens to her own body is decadence? Two people who want to have legal rights in each other's lives is decadence?

    Do you not understand that for many, "traditional values" is a loaded word that seeks to reverse the progress made on racism, misogyny, LGBTQ, health and just about every other social issue many have fought and died for. No thanks. You can practice your "traditional values" with your family, but don't force it on mine.

    You could be right with that observation since the socialists do seem to have a totalitarian-like spell over our nation at the moment. Oh how we all miss Trump. Four years will be a long time before we get Trump or any kind of conservative as potus to get this nation back on the 'RIGHT' track. If there is any consolation at all in 2 years time it will be that the Republicans take the majority in both the House and Senate. That is a forgone conclusion that they will indeed do just that.

    There is no need to rehearse them here.

    The point is there is no way for you and I to unify on any issue short of an invasion from Mars.

    And maybe not even that. You might consider the Martians asylum seekers.

    So you’re not against more gun laws like me? You’re not for better immigration laws? You’re not for smaller govt? You’re not for cutting spending in our govt? You’re not for the death penalty? Well, I guess you’re right....I guess we’ll never unify on any issue. Pity.
    One thing I know we’ll never agree on is that I’m for personal freedoms. As in people having the right to choose what they want. You don’t seem to be a fan of that.
