Being the kind, respectful, compassionate, and loving soul that I am, I couldn't in good conscience ask the obvious question: Why do Leftists 'HATE' America, for pre judging Lefties as being American haters may very well be a bit over the top. So I decided to use a thread title as being a little less harmful to one's sensitivities, albeit no less important in getting Lefties to Love America. Bare with me while I first give a few examples of how Trump, Trump supporters, Republicans and Conservatives across the Fruited Plains show their respect, appreciation and LOVE for America. All of us on the 'RIGHT' respect, appreciate, and love America for Trump's steadfast leadership and constructive actions on our Southern Border to help keep America safe from illegal criminality. Methinks Trump's #1 oath he took as president was to keep America safe, and Trump did that at our southern border. As a participant in a Florida Trump rally, as well as a participant in a Trump boat rally, I witnessed thousands of 'RIGHT' Americans waving and sporting the America flag for their love of country. Trump's rallies always had their American loving supporters chanting ..USA...USA...USA... with people sporting MAGA (Make America Great Again') apparel. Trump and we 'RIGHTIES) keep pushing Trump's 'America First' agenda. Perhaps I've been living in a shell, but I have yet to see anything coming from the 'LEFT' that even gives a hint of them showing respect, appreciation or love of America. This is what I and the rest of America sees from the LEFT: * A disrespect for America by kneeling down during our National Anthem and for our Flag. * Antifa mobs burning our flag. * Biden's disrespect for America's safety by opening our southern border to all kinds of criminality. * BLM & Antifa disrespecting our police (pigs in a blanket fry em like bacon); the endless looting, burning, violence and destruction of cities all across America while blaming our so-called racist police forces for their actions. * Nancy Pelousy disrespecting the office of the presidency by tearing up the State of the Union Address. * Biden's disrespect for our American workers by killing the Keystone pipeline resulting in the loss of thousands of jobs and livelihoods. * Obama's Mideast speech where he literally degraded and ripped America apart at the seam. * The Lefts' disrespect for life itself (abortion) and for all things Christian. Simply un-American. * The Left's' disrespect and destructive acts on our history. * The Left tries to rewrite and or revise our Constitution and American history by seriously f*ucking with or eliminating our 1st & 2nd Amendment Rights. * The Left is on board with accepting this ridiculous 1619 Project by cancelling Trump's 1776 Commission that was meant to teach 'REAL' American history to our youth. * The Left fully supports the cancel culturalists toppling of and destruction of any and all of America's historic statues. Look, there are endless examples of the Left's un-anti Americanism on display for all to see, but my question remains.....Can Leftists ever be taught to respect, appreciate, and LOVE America? I do believe a good start for these lefties to really get to at least appreciate America, would be for them to fly the America flag instead of kneeling, spitting on or burning it.

Tell me or show me by giving an example(s) of just how a leftist respects, appreciates and loves America. We see how we 'Righties' express our love for country all the time as outlined in the OP. Shouldn't be hard for you to do the same with the leftists. The term libhater as I've pointed out numerous times here is just my hatred for the modern day liberalism ideology...nothing more, and nothing disrespecting liberals or people in any manner. Being the kind and considerate person I am is the reason for me wanting to help you leftists find a way to respect, appreciate and love America the way I and my Righty cohorts do. What damages his argument is that they are all opinions about some things that happened (spin) and some things that haven't happened. I know of no effort to eliminate the 1st or 2nd amendment or open the border; didn't rip America apart at the seam. The arguments also contain some hypocrisy: cancel culture and wrong to oppose the some parts of our history; The 1619 project is wrong to present other parts of our history. Aren't Librarians good Americans too?
