Honestly it would have been justified for the secret service and capitol police use deadly force in the insurrectionists who stormed the capitol. If they were majority black they likely would have.

I saw a compilation of videos during the impeachment trial. In every single one of them, all of the cops withdrew after attempting nonlethal means to restrain.

Every cop did that but this guy. His name remains secret. Noone in government or the media want to discuss it. It's shameful really.
