I strongly support law and order and constitutional governance. It is your position that advocates following illegitimate laws and policies, not mine.

I've presented Article and Section, and you cast aspersions on that. I support constitutional governance, and you promote following illegitimate usurpation by politicians.

Misrepresenting my views doesn't make me look bad, it makes you look bad.

I know what my positions are so don't waste your breath trying to explain them to me.

Judging from this last series of posts, your position is based on an abysmal understanding of constitutional principles. The shoe fits.

Actually everything I said is 100% true. Just because you won't admit it, doesn't make it false.

    I said:
    1. Our Congress representatives have authority to create laws
    2. The Supreme Court exists to make sure the laws are Constitutional

    Feel free to disagree.

OBVIOUSLY both statements are true, so at this point you are just arguing for the sake of arguing, while trying to misrepresent my views which is fairly dishonest to say the least.

Pretty much everything you've offered in this exchange is a sort of legal sophistry founded upon ignorance of US constitutional principles and details.

Sorry kid, but its not me who is ignorant. You put in lot of effort to portray yourself as some kind of expert on the Constitution while disagreeing with this:

    1. Our Congress representatives have authority to create laws
    2. The Supreme Court exists to make sure the laws are Constitutional

    Get over yourself.

They have the authority to create laws WHICH SHALL BE NECESSARY AND PROPER FOR CARRYING INTO EXECUTION THE FOREGOING POWERS.

That's the part you don't like, foregoing powers, and you have convinced yourself that detail does not exist.

Nowhere in Article III of the document does it say what you claim it says.

You post dishonestly, as desperate people do.

So, you don't even disagree with what I said, but you call me ignorant and dishonest because I didn't add something you felt like adding. That's WEAK.

    The FACT remains that

    1. Our Congress representatives have authority to create laws. FACT
    2. The Supreme Court exists to make sure the laws are Constitutional. FACT

So what I say is 100% true, and because you can't refute it you resort to calling me ignorant and dishonest.

Ironically, your chest thumping episode revealed that its you who doesn't know what the "necessary and proper" aka "elastic clause" even means, or who the "foregoing powers" represent.

    Go pound sand little man!
