I actually had an acquintance (from an old family friend) who told me "You know Governor Cuomo is a real hero, he's a good man, he's done so much for New York". This came up seemingly out of nowhere (and neither of us even lives or has lived anywhere near New York). It was kind of a bizarre.
I could only conclude at the time he must have been binge watching CNN, and his mind soaked up that "fact" like a sponge.
Really, the comment popped up seemingly out of nowhere. He's the type of person who will fall asleep sitting up while watching TV. I haven't watched the TV but can only imagine what propaganda it must have been feeding him.
This was in early December.

As for Andrew Cuomo, I don't think Cuomo didn't really do anything wrong. Since when did it become a crime to put your arm around somebody? Since when is it when minor harassment becomes a crime for Cuomo and not for Trump? Can anyone answer that? and in the future don't change things from Trump to Biden and vice versa. and Cuomo is not the not the Dirty Old Man Trump is and I mean Trump not Biden. you got that?

Fortunately, being offended is a transient state. IOW, you'll get over it I agree that Trump can be very offensive, in fact, he uses it as a tool against his detractors. IMO, all of the media insanity of the 4 years of his term was stoked and managed by him for his own purposes.
I do have a question for you though... have you seen the multiple, multiple videos where Joe is getting all "touchy-feely" with women and much worse, with very young girls? Have you not seen these videos or have you seen them and dismissed them as being "normal"? I mean no offense to you but I'd really like to understand how you view Biden's behavior around little girls and young teens.

 

I guess... but it's also an issue of intentional spin on a news story that is repeated ad nauseum and the truth is never acknowledged. I can't imagine you'd advocate for lying about anyone. The media did so early, often and with great effect as far as poisoning minds against the BOM. They became very casual about making specific claims about something he said or did and even when there is video/audio disproving what they claim, they NEVER retracted. Anyone who tells themselves that such behavior is justified because of "A, B, C" needs to have exactly the same treatment in their own lives. I mean, fair is fair, yeah?

 

Early on when media was pushing their special flavor of facts about that "grabbing" narrative, people could be forgiven for assuming their trusted media told them the truth. NOW, after years of these claims being disproven with audio or video and these folks are STILL repeating lies... I'm pretty sure that qualifies them as LIARS.

I think the key to improving male-female relationships is women having economic and political power. Also important for both genders is men beginning to respect the sensibilities women bring to the table when decisions are to be made, from the family level in up to the national level. I know my wife and I have almost always come to better decisions when we both looked at a problem.

 

indeed. The other factors that play into this are the level of enlightenment on the male part. The whole male dominance things is undergoing a change.......and many men can't handle that. Cultural factors play i int it too. In a nation of man cultures........ no t all males are as enlightened as you describe. It is a process of change. and adaptation t o cultural shifts. Many resist change It takes them out of their comfort zone. Many males ares still threatened by strong, successful and smart women.

 

I've been doing a lot of thinking that Governor Cuomo may be geting framed for something that he believes that he didn't commit. Even though it has not been proven or there is evidence for this. Have there been pictures or videotapes that show and/ prove that Cuomo is guilty of what he's accused of? If and when there is video or still photos of this, then he sould be guilty wouldn't he? As we all should know that videotapes and pictures don't lie and negatives don't lie either. People do and these accusers may lie about this. But this all remains to be seen and proven. Until such time, Cuomo is innocent.

Or, how did Democrat politicians and you and your fellow Democrat voters react to Kavanaugh and what proved to be false allegations? Yes, your double standards are on record however if you've had an epiphany and understand the concept of innocent until proven guilty, then congratulations. But we'll see if that position changes when it's not a Democrat in the spotlight

 

I was so very lucky to grow up and have a mother who was mayor of a city. It was very easy for me to adjust to women having power.

Why? I don't understand, but then my mother was a city mayor. I liked my mother, so why not like other smart women? I am sympathetic to guys struggling with change, but not enough to give them a "pass."

Cuomo is up to five different women. Egads. There are plenty of women around who would love to date a state governor. Why is he apologizing? What did he do?

He knows better and it still looks as though misbehaved.

He should be told if the allegations are substantiated, he won't survive in much the same way Republican Senators delivered word to Richard Nixon. In this case, the truth has yet to be determined, so we should look into the matter ASAP.

The nursing home business is another matter I won't address here other than to say I think that needs investigating, too. ASAP.

 

Kavanaugh was not exonerated. It's become a nonissue.

IMO, he was guilty of obstruction, but since he wasn't convicted, we move on.

B: Democrats did not like him
