:) I have to admit you do have stick-to-itiveness....but nothing else besides denial of things you said.

No, you called Dr. Tobin an "ignorant tool"....but I suppose like your sidekick you'll just deny it..

There is video which shows Chauvin's knee on Floyd's neck, (his knee moved at times)......which, of course, you'll deny because you don't want it to be true...

Different time frame unless you're commenting on the blur in the still which shows nothing. Chauvin kept his knee on Floyd's neck up to the moments just before the ambulance arrived

You: ""These were more senior officer with less likelihood to have the same exposure.""

Indicating you didn't know that senior officers RISE UP THROUGH THE RANKS AND HAVE HAD EXPOSURE..

You claimed I said senior officer didn't have experience in post 471.
Notice I said less likelihood to have the same exposure. I did not say that they did not have experience.

Senior officers generally have spent less time on the street than the more junior patrolmen. In addition is was exposure from years back when law enforcement was held in higher regard. Thus the are less likely to have had the same experience. No "no experience" as you are claiming I said.

LOL, so you don't know experience and exposure can mean the same thing and are desperately trying not to look so silly because you think high ranking officers have NO EXPERIENCE but are picked from NON-POLICE personnel..'

Here ya go again with your silly :""Senior officers generally have spent less time on the street than the more junior patrolmen.""

That doesn't make sense, senior officers WERE junior PATROLMEN at one time ….

Why TF do you insist that senior high ranking police officers just joined the force last week.....and thye don't have, or need, experience BECAUSE YOUNGER COPS HAVE BEEN THERE LONGER SO HAVE MORE EXPERIENCE. ??????? WHAT ...LOL

"Exposure" or "experience" .....your idea that the longer someone is employed the less that know is just a Really Silly Idea.. ??

Because that IS what you are saying..

What I find profoundly sad about this thread is those defending Chauvin wouldn't be if Floyd was white.

    Exactly!

There is no greater proof that racism is alive and well in 21st century America than by just reading some of the posts in this thread alone. Hell, it begins with the OP!

Thank you for stating the Obvious Captain - that Minneapolis will burn should Chauvin be acquitted.

When "Justice for all" is only Justice for some - those left out tend to get rowdy.

Based on ALL of the medical testimony so far Chauvin hasn't got a snowballs chance in hell of being acquitted.

Floyd was supposed to die that very day at that very hour, no matter what.

That he died with a policeman's knee pressing on his neck was pure coincidence.

and it was a coincidence that the very day floyd died a police officer was abusing his power as a law enforcement officer and made no attempt to give aid to a dying man
despite floyd dying , it does not excuse the derelict of duty done by chauvin

That seems to be the consensus of every single medical expert who has looked at the case. I'm being sarcastic of course

Perhaps it’s because Floyd is the type of low life that likes to pistol whip and rob pregnant women.

The post is relevant to to type of moron who not only resists arrests, but should already be dead or in prison anyway.

Relevant to fantasies like the Butterfly Effect maybe. Not to real life, which Floyd was experiencing, before Chauvin killed him.

Guilty on all charges. Now we need some real police reform or it's just going to happen again.

LOL, you have a better chance of getting hit by lightening than getting killed during an arrest by a cop. There's no "epidemic".

On Chauvin, Congresswoman Maxine Waters said: “I hope we’re going to get a verdict that will say guilty, guilty, guilty. And if we don’t, we cannot go away.”

“I’m going to fight with all of the people who stand for justice. We’ve got to get justice in this country and we cannot allow these killings to continue,” she said, adding, “We’ve got to stay on the street and we’ve got to get more active, we’ve got to get more confrontational. We’ve got to make sure that they know that we mean business.”

Democrats who are saying that was not a call for "confrontation" are being fooled by typical politician-style semantics ... or trying to fool us.

"I'll give you that Congresswoman Waters may have given you something on appeal that may result in this whole trial being overturned," Judge Peter Cahill said as arguments in the case concluded Monday and the jury began deliberations. Cahill said that Waters' comments were "abhorrent."

A trial a year in the making, three weeks of intense deliberations and testimony may be tossed in appeal because of the mind numbing remarks by a black congresswoman from Los Angeles.

There is little doubt that Chauvin's lawyer is going to appeal, and he is going to use the comments made by the long serving Congresswoman from Los Angeles.
