    That is your assumption.

    Legal scholars ranked him moderate.

    From your article:
So we are in the realm of political judgement calls.
It takes a long time to rebuild capital industries once they are dismantled and shipped off shore to a society that plants to "end" us . The cost to the economy is around 12 billion. Considering we are tossing around "a couple of trillion here and a couple of trillion there", I think domestic steel production is worth fighting for.

Tariffs are designed to stress systems to cause alternate sources to develop. and you're right, it isn't an overnight change.

Politicians have been playing politics with the supreme court since forever. That's why Biden is empaneling a commission to examine both sides of the issue -- to take politics out of the findings, but his opponents think he he shouldn't be doing this for what reason?

How will that take politics out of the issue?

It will be made up of bipartisan officials, which is better than having politicians making lies on capitol hill.

Here's Senator Biden in his younger, clear headed days proclaiming FDR's attempt to pack the Supreme Court was a "bonehead idea". Two things politicians need to know in order stay in office is how to bend with the wind and lie effectively.
