Chauvin claims to be innocent, and apparently hopes on 1 idiot to be in the jury who will vote him out of trouble....
and idiots are lined up and happy to be in that jury to do exactly that

The ME did not say Floyd caused the struggle. He only examined the corpse.
You're just making it all up.

And you claiming he could not even sit, says it all that what Chauvin did was an uncalled to use any force when Floyd was cuffed, not to mention totally out of line using deadly force. While all medical experts said nothing showed that Floyd otherwise would have died that day and it's all due to Chauvin.

Yep, I think he wore out his heart.

He talked far too much to be believed he could not breathe.

The medical examiner said that Floyd's body was so compromised that he could not handle the physical stress applied by Cauvin.

If Floyd was so weak that he couldn't stand or even sit, why was it necessary to restraine him in the way he was? Why not just cuff him behind his back and place him in the car?

Why do you think his testimony was informed. He probably hasn't been within a mile of Mr. Floyd, dead or alive.

Didn't the medical examiner say that he intentially did not view the video of the incident? That would lead someone to belive that he had no knowledge of who caused the struggle.

No such escape. They let him out. Floyd thanked them even.

That's odd. In my 14 years as a deputy, I never had anyone escape from the car. I had to remove them. Sometimes it was more difficult to get them out of the car.

Well, you did not have Floyd in the back where he did not want to be either.

Over my 14 years, I had 100's of people in the back of my vehicle who did not to be there. In some cases I had to make a decision to take them to a hospital instead of the jail.

Dude... the hands of multiple cops were all over Floyd when he got out of the cop car.
He did not kick or hit anybody when that happened. You're just framing this escape thing out of nothing.

Correct, including the fact that he was alive before he was murdered. Unfortunately for Chauvin, the primary element of the statute Chauvin is charged with violating only requires that the substantial causal factor are the actions of the perpetrator (Chauvin in this case). None of the contributory factors are relevant to any of the charges. And the substantial causal factor (Chauvin's actions) was clearly established in detail and corroborated by no less than 3 expert witnesses. Furthermore, at least 1 expert witness (the pulmonologist) testified that Chauvin's actions would have killed a healthy person.

Get this... some people can research what is written down and give their expert opinion about it.
A person who did do the autopsy put the blame on Chauvin, for physically restraining Floyd neck etc and that's why he died from an heart attack.
The cardiologist agreed that the heart attack was not due to some drug overdose or some blockage of an artery.

Exactly what is the problem with accepting experts giving their opinions? You think your quack opinion matters too? lol

Actually he was in the car struggling and complaining then was pulled back out of the car by Chauvin.

I have no idea why Chauvin pulled him out of the car after they struggled to get him into the back seat. Considering the escalating situation with the onlookers, that was a dumb thing to do. My goal would have been to get everyone out of the area as quickly as possible.

His chest was compressed by Chauvin's body weight.

I don't recall someone saying Chavin's actions "would have" killed a healthy person.

He kept trying to escape from the patrol car. Then the onlookers were looking and several using a cell phone.
Where is the proof it was Chauvin removing him?

Where is the testimony so far from the other cops who were there?

I didn't realize that Chauvin is a very small guy.

He was in the car and Chauvin pulled him out the other side. The videos played over and over again show that. The first time I saw that, I was shocked that a supposed veteran officer would do something that dumb.

Once a suspect is cuffed and in the car, he's not going anywhere. Close the freaking doors and leave the area.

Whoever the senior man was on the scene, he's an idiot. If Chauvin was the senior man, that explains it.
