Having some problem being rapped by cops are ya? I didn't realize that was such a huge problem in your neck of the woods.
You got that WRONG. It is quite a common occurrence all over the USA: Police officers in the US were charged with more than 400 rapes over a 9-year period https://www.cnn.com/2018/10/19/us/police-sexual-assaults-maryland-scope Anyway, let's not veer too far off-topic. So, back on topic: I do hope that these cops face justice (to the fullest extent).
I read that he didn't pull over for 2 minutes after the cops turned their lights on. He finally pulled over in a gas station. Then he gives the cops grief. No wonder it turned out like it did.
We were all talking about Nazario. You were the one that decided rape was the overwhelming issue for you. You can hold you breath on thinking the cops did something wrong. Nazario was non compliant and he got what most get in those situations.
Was it really necessary for that cop to hold the tear gas practically in the guys face to get him directly in the eyes???
He probably wanted to pull into a well-lit public area that had independent cameras and other people.......black people probably have learned that's the safest thing to do. And he did not give anyone grief...
No, they acted like racist cowards. We need to purge law enforcement of all the white supremacists and seditious extremists that have infiltrated it.
White people too... I'm pretty sure I wouldn't pull over on the side of a dark highway anymore, regardless of how long it takes to find a safer place..

The situation could easily have been handled without Nazario leaving the car. All the officer needed to do was call in the plate. Cop created his own problems. And a quick look at Nazario's military ID would have shown Nazario was no dead beat. Cop clearly had a bone to pick. Upitty Black man don't deserve to be an officer in the military. Stupid cop no donut.
If that was his concern, he should have explained that to the cops early and often rather than asking "what's going on?" repeatedly. At 0:43 in this video, Nazario responds with "I'm not getting out the vehicle."
His hands are already outside the vehicle. He’d be a dead fool if he had put his hands back inside to unfasten his seatbelt which he has to do to exit the vehicle. Look, I have no sympathy for dudes like Michael Brown or Floyd. But this guy read those cops right. The one cop would have done a mag dump into that car if he had done anything but sit there with his hands out. Cop acts that way around me there no way in hades I’m putting my hands back in that car. No siree.
Please note that in this case the Cop with the pepper spray was a Latino. Do you suppose he is a white supremacist? Perhaps someone made him an honorary white supremacist. And WTF does government revenue generation by a speed trap hick town have to do with sedition? The two cops in this incident are the government. Not people trying to overthrow the government.
By his own words he drove less than 100 seconds with his flashers on going under the speed limit till he came to a safe place to pull over. This is actually the advice given by many police departments around the country. My wife was told to do this on a road she drives to get to and from work as there have been car jackings with people having a police light in their car and tricking people to pull over.
That's a fair reaction, I think, but you should be explaining it to them. Something like "Officer, I'd like to get out of my vehicle, but I'm still seat-belted in, and I'm nervous if I reach back in to undo my seatbelt, you or your partner might misconstrue that gesture. How should we proceed?" Compare that to "I'm not getting out the vehicle" with absolutely no explanation of the seat belt impediment until well after the pepper-spraying.
Yes, a particularly ugly response in a poorly-handled citizen encounter. If it matters to anyone, I'm fairly confident the angrier, older cop had a Taser in his hands, not a firearm, at least from every clip I can see.
So we expect someone with two out of control amped up cops aiming weapons at them to react perfectly and say all the right things? I don’t think it always works that way. Pretty easy to armchair quarterback when it isn’t our a•• about to get wasted. My criticism goes to the jackass cop on this one. They were way farther out of line. That one cop is not cop material—period.
