LOL...most people living in Mexico do so because the people who are now asking them for money made it too expensive to live here. And why should anyone who moved way be considered an American when they can't even put America first? I understand they might be a few reason for some people to do it, but not the majority.

 

They’re not considered one. They are americans. You can consider them bags of apples if you want, but that isn’t reality.

 

There are more Americans living in Mexico than some US states. Asking these American citizens for donations is really normal.

All candidates have fundraisers where there are expats. I think somehow the word Mexico triggered you guys. Can't possibly imagine why.
By the way, when I donated to a dem candidate from France, had to do some extra verify steps to prove that I was a US citizen.
Lastly, Steve N can go jump off a bridge. I live abroad, doesn't make me any less American. In fact I consider that line of thinking totally unamerican
