This is why Trump HAS to be tried and incarcerated. If he is permitted to run again in 2024 I think opposing him will become actually physically dangerous. His mentor is a past master at killing any who dare do this and Trump will be an apt student in this regard.

Since it's an article of faith among the TDS sect that the Russians "colluded" Trump into office in 2016, WHY didn't they do the same in 2020? After all, don't the Russians decide who's elected in this country....at least according to the tin-foil hat brigade.

It doesn’t seem like they really did anything besides get some inside info. I’ll be upset when they are actually somehow stuffing ballot boxes or hacking into numbers. Russians spreading propaganda doesn’t bother me. Of course I’d rather them stay out of it, but that’s never going to happen. Nations interfere in the internal politics of other nations, that is just the way it is. I’m sure we do all kinds of crazy stuff in other nations. I don’t see this as much to get worked up over. We have plenty of much worse things to be upset with Russia about at the moment, like this whole Ukraine build up thing.

Why bother? It's much easier to con gullible people with lies and fear.

Lol, Veselnitskaya has DEFINITELY acted on behalf of the Russian government. And the meeting wasn't about the Magnitsky Act. Can you at least try reading the emails setting up this meeting? Why are you so desperate to ignore those?

The meeting was taken under the auspice of the Russian government helping Trump win the election. That was the entire premise.

Actually coming right out and telling someone they SHOULD interfere and even HOW to interfere in a public speech you make should be enough IMO, but nobody ever listens to me.

Lol, both parties and all politicians do that already. Throwing Russia into the mix isn't changing anything.

American patriots should be unhappy to know that Russia interfered with the election and hacked government information. They should also be unhappy to know that one party brought a foreign power into the loop by providing internal polling information. This is not a Dem or Rep issue - this is an America issue.

And, what of it? Nothing. You had the ENTIRE FBI for 2 1/2 years investigating this manner, with the full force of the American government. Isn't it time for us to put this shameful embarrassment to a close? It's ironic that we decry conspiracy theories as a country yet internationally we support conspiracy theories, with the conspirator being Russia.

Manaforts refusal to cooperate killed his plea deal, and there is an arrest warrant for Kilimnik. How’s that nothing??

I'm sure there is an arrest warrant for Kilimnik, but there's nothing to the Russian conspiracy theory. The full force of the FBI proved that. Only now they try to gin up the "we were limited" thing(that's not what we heard, nor was that ever stated in the Report either.)

There will be decades still to come in the future, and people will cling to this. It's not even a prediction, it's pretty much set in stone.

Lol how is it a conspiracy theory? Manafort gave polling data to a Russian agent. The only question is why...and that’s not even really a question either

    Just to be clear:
The righties here don't even want to consider the possibility that Dirty Donnie and/or his staff colluded with Russia. So much so that they don't even want it discussed.
So much so that they don't even want to examine minor and/or technical violations of campaign rules involving Russia.

Right ? And remember that this stance is also available to the left, should it be acceptable.
