CNN Viewers Have Bled off by Half Since Biden Took Office, and It Gets Worse

...The network that made President Donald Trump’s failure its primary concern had very little to offer once Joe Biden took control of the White House, making it a one-trick pony that lost its luster after the trick was pulled off. Now, according to Fox News, it’s come down in multiple categories so fast that it’s left a crater in the Earth:

The liberal network spent years attacking former President Donald Trump and the network thrived during his final days in office amid a brief post-election spike. CNN averaged 2.2 million viewers during the first three weeks of 2021, but it has averaged just one million viewers since Biden took office, a staggering decline of 54 percent.

CNN’s struggles are even more prominent among the key advertising demographic of adults age 25-54, with a drop of 60 percent. It averaged 617,000 demo viewers from Dec. 28 through Inauguration Day but only 244,000 since Biden entered the White House.

When analyzed by prime-time hosts, it just gets embarrassing:..

This couldn’t have been better. A bunch of total losers getting exactly what they deserve. They have lost so many viewers. That they are self confessed propaganda spreaders with no pretense of any fairness or Objectivity has been made clear for all to see.

 

Project Veritas has totally exposed the extent of the propaganda and fake news that is CNN. President Trump is right. CNN sucks!

If we’re being honest, CNN likely deserves this. Their overt hypocrisy, consistent falsehoods, and lack of ideological diversity made them a network worth turning off.

In general terms, and on-topic to the Opinion expressed in the OP, I don't think that anybody (Except the RW) even cares much about CNN's Ratings.

I sometimes think that the ONLY people who watch CNN are Right-Wingers looking for Faux Outrage material.

Besides, there has (already) been several threads about this.

And, basically, it comes back to this point:

*Everybody Loves a Trainwreck
*Everybody Loves a Carnival Freak and a Circus.

^Trump represented ALL of those things to CNN.

Take away the Trainwreck, the Carnival Freak, and the Circus...
It inevitably follows that viewership will drop.

 

WND had it in their money news section as it is a report about the news that CNN news tv ratings had dropped by more than 50%.

My article was posted over the weekend. It also reflects further decline from CNN and the expose by Project Veritas. So discuss the topic please and stop the derailment of the thread by trying to make me the issue.

Lol...they did their job saving the country from the malignant narcissist Russian quisling, so it’s normal.

MSNBC is up, so there's that. But the most important thing is...who cares? I don't own stock in CNN.

 

While CNN did see a bump after October 2020, they have been moribund for the last three years and not very good before that. They have been just a little above cellar dwelling MSNBC for a while. I think because they purposefully abandoned news reporting in favor of Democrat propaganda. CNN at one time was king of the hill even though founded and ran by a crazy leftist who didn't let his leftist leanings run the business.

 

Now that is old news as Fox is back to where it’s better than CNN and PMSDNC combined. Fox now has friendly competition from NEWSMAX TV and OANN as well.

 

Seems like someone wants to be a moderator in the worst way.

 

And yet Trump expanded our military, got them more modern equipment, and protected our interests in space. It is Biden and the Democrats who are quislings for China and chairman Winnie the Pooh Zi.

The Trump administration that the Democrat media defeated is not the same one that the Democrat media projected. The Trump administration they defeated made America more secure, more just, stronger and more prosperous for all Americans. Consequently the medias victory is illusory. And your peace, the cessation of their perpetual false alarms. In short, Bidens victory is the fruit of four years of brainwashing and conditioning. They have triumphed over success and ushered in a plague of violence in streets, lost jobs, energy dependence, debt, mayhem, animosity, division, chaos at our borders, and an all out war on laws and law enforcement. At least we won the war against Hitler.

No one owns stock in CNN directly. It is owned by AT&T. You own that? I don’t directly but do indirectly through my ETF’s and MF’s. I do directly own Fox and Newscorp stock.
