The American Crisis: What Does It Mean To Be A Nation?

I have no problem with being a multicultural nation. We are a great melting pot of people from every nation on earth. We are United by wanting to assimilate as Americans, by the constitution, the English language , and a desire to be American citizens.

 

I don't really think they do want a divorce though. Not only would they be divorcing from the breadbasket and blue collar labor pool of the nation (how would they even survive?), but there would be a hundred or two million feisty Americans suddenly undampened by the domesticating forces of political correctness, faux-environmentalism, 'sustainable' development and global 'awareness.' I don't think they could stomach losing that much social control over that many people, even if they did somehow manage to feed themselves and keep their cars running.

 

Today’s phony conservative Trumpists are a bunch of whiney ninnies who wouldn’t know a Patriot if one smacked him in the mouth. You supported a weak LOSER. Accept defeat or you will spend the rest of your life defending the indefensible. Bad road to go down.

It's really baffling. Ironically, the term "divorce" is apt, as many, many married couples have opposing political views. Some people think Red State means 100% of the population are Republicans. Again, such thinking blows me away.

 

He didn't say he was a moderate. He's a moderate conservative libertarian populist Christian. I'd say he has his bases covered.
