Unless you have proof it's because of skin color, your use of black is misleading.
Given then I've shown poverty to be a much greater factor.

    I've never said anything different.
Poverty is one aspect of culture.
I also included in an earlier post, jobs and education as well.

Again, what are the raw numbers of crimes that the FBI and DOJ use to base their percentages on? Once you have that, put those numbers against the latest census for black Americans. What you come up with is less than 1% of the black population is commiting said crimes. Anyone who thinks otherwise can go to the sites and see for themselves. Mind you, stats don't mean squat to the victims and their relatives, but it's not the tsunami of crime that some folks would have you believe....note that nothing is ever said about the over 60% of rapes perpetraited by white men. Are the victims to be soothed by the fact that whites are the majority of the population? Nope.

I've asked FatBack time and again; why introduce race into the story of his friend's death? If the crime was committed in a predominantly white neighborhood by a white man, would FatBack inject the same concern?
    So far, no answer.

Yes. I can remember what racism was like in the USA 50 years ago.
Systemic MEANS legal or institutional, not mental.
A mindset is not systemic. Jim Crow is systemic.

I don't have to have proof of the cause to state a fact. Does anyone?

Didn't you state you went to prison when young?

No. Mindset is not systemic, as it is not part of a system. Calling it systemic is an excuse for trying to control people's private thoughts, beliefs and behavior in the name of equality before the law.

No it's not. In the USA, "black" is a socially defined demographic category based on presumed sub-Saharan African ancestry, NOT SKIN COLOR. I already explained to you that many South Asians, indigenous Australians, etc. have darker skin than many American "blacks," yet are not considered "black." Clear?

So why don't you entertain us and tell us what factors a lie are you saying blacks are not 13% of the population or are you saying that blacks don't commit a higher level of violent crime than other races which one is it cuz those are both true

Close to 20 years ago so you might be safe to assume I no longer live the sort of life that would lead one there. Do you have a point or just wanted to bring that up again? Don't you think turning your life around is a good thing?

LOL. Ridiculous. How's it controlling anyone's minds? It just accepting there are racists among us and many don't even know it because it's the only way they've ever know to think about certain things.

And skin color has ZERO effect. So what if there are different shades of black. That doesn't affect one's inclination to be more criminal.

Proven already with the poverty states. White and black crime rates are near identical within the same poverty levels.

We don't know that yet, but it's probably a red herring.
Well, there is a statistical association, so it is premature to say there cannot be a causal effect.

By claiming someone's mindset is part of a systemic problem.
No, it's saying government should get involved in changing those people's minds.

There's no evidence of that, which means that....
    Is just left wing totalitarianism.

LOL, how about OVERALL relative to total population levels? Care to argue with these statistics directly from from the Justice department? Look at this and tell us 12-13% of the population is NOT responsible for levels of violent crime FAR ABOVE others. My statement remains correct. I never added some qualifier about "poverty levels" that was YOU.

Again, there is nothing false in my OP.
