Pretty much anything by Yoko Ono.

This for example -- a "song" that should be played for days at the max decibel level possible before attacking any military target to soften up the enemy.

Playing Yoko Ono is a violation of the Geneva Conventions, not to mention a crime against humanity.

You have a very, very serious contender here. It is a superb example of prodigious study to find where no song has gone before (and why!).
As for using it against an enemy, well, like poison gas, it could be just as harmful to one's own side.

I truly dislike hip hop because it misses melody, one of the requirements for music. So I only listen to it at traffic lights.

This year's Eurovision Song Contest was by far the worst in recent history, except for MÃ¥neskin from Italy, the winner of the competition. It wasn't too difficult to pick the winner.

UB40's cover of Neil Diamond's "Red Red Wine".....Sweet Jesus, when it was released it seemed like every radio station on the dial played it in 15 minute rotation 24/7 until I finally stopped listening to the radio....still don't listen to the radio much, thanks UB40. :chainsaw:

Any country, but particularly ****ry where they have chet atkins.

I have lived around rural people all my life all over the US. I have NEVER heard anyone actually use that ****** silly accent except when they are singing. It's SOO affected and insulting.

Rap "music" is the VOMIT generated from a society ingesting way too much hatred, hostility, criminality, and blathering-ass IGNORANCE. No need to cite any particular "song"... all of it sounds and essentially says the same thing: "You're a piece of rotten ****, I'm a piece of angry ****, everything in the world is a fugged-up piece of ****, but, because I'm BLACK, you're supposed to think that this "song" is WONDERFUL...." :spin:

Lemme tell you, there's something more degraded than rap and it's scary. Sounds like the devil vomiting up some poison that even he can't stand. I hear it coming out of car windows in Los Angeles

What is that horrible music? And it's even worse than 'rap'? Then it must REALLY be gut-bucket awful! :fear:

Yeah it's hideous. Maybe it's not a genre. Hopefully not. I will say you can dance to it at least!

I like his cover of Mister Sandman, that's about it.

I'm not a big fan of country music either, but there are a few songs in the genre I really like - Country Roads by John Denver, and The Gambler by Kenny Rogers for instance.

The delta blues are a superior rural focused genre.

One of Kenny's biggest hits was about a Vet's fantasies of killing his wife.

As someone on the right I have to be tolerant of the message of music I listen to, otherwise I wouldn't be able to listen to any music.

The Beatles are my favorite band despite my disagreement with a lot of their politics. I love RATM and Public Enemy despite their politics.

I can recognize that "This Land is Your Land" by Woodie Guthrie was one of the most important records of the 20th century without wanting to abolish private property.

Just as I'm sure you can enjoy Tears in Heaven by Clapton or Heroes by David Bowie despite their past flirting with fascism.

The last really good album the Beatles made was "Abbey Road". The Yoko Ono infection had already poisoned Lennon's 'bloodstream' by that point, but it didn't show anywhere in that album. After that, everything just went straight downhill, as far as I was concerned, and because I'm an 'old guy', I remember everything about the Beatles, going all the way back.

Abbey Road was the last album they ever recorded though.

If you listen to Yoko's music it's pretty clear she was the inspiration behind Revolution 9 on the White Album. This is also when Lennon started breaking the rule against having girlfriends in the studio.

After Abbey Road Lennon promptly released two of the best albums ever made - Plastic Ono Band and Imagine.

The decline of the Beatles is more down to Epstein's death than Yoko's arrival. In the absence of the management Epstein provided they were never one band again. After Revolver they started writing independently, not many genuine Lennon/McCartney compositions after that.
