Your assumption that everyone who disagrees with you is a "right winger" is very uninformed.

Read my posts. Systemic institutional racism has always existed in America. The Civil War ended slavery it did not end systemic institutional racism. Very few Americans across the spectrum have much knowledge concerning the failure of reconstruction and the systematic subjugation of black Americans that has never ended wherever the party of slavery and white supremacy rules.

"General Fisk received a letter from a rich planter living in DeSoto County, Mississippi. "He had on his plantation a little girl, and wrote me a long letter in relation to it, which closed up by saying: 'As to recognizing the rights of freedmen to their children, I will say there is not one man or woman in all the South who believes they are free, but we consider them as stolen property-stolen by the bayonets of the damnable United States government. Yours truly, T. Yancey.'
"There is one thing that must be taken into account, and that is there will exist a very strong disposition among the masters to control these people and keep them as a subordinate and subjected class. Undoubtedly they intend to do that. I think the tendency to establish a system of serfdom is the great danger to be guarded against. I talked with a planter in the La Fourche district, near Tebadouville; he said he was not in favor of secession; he avowed his hope and expectation that slavery would be restored there in some form. I said: 'If we went away and left these people now, do you suppose you could reduce them to slavery ? ' He laughed to scorn the idea that they could not. 'What! ' said I. 'These men who have had arms in their hands?' 'Yes,' he said; 'we should take the arms away from them, of course.'" Black reconstruction in America 1860– 1880, introduction by David Levering Lewis, the Free Press new York 1998. p.141.

Nonsense - that “ideology” is confined to an extremely small group.

The real solution is to get the black community to buy into the traits and behaviors have have made people of all colors, religions, etnicity and races rich and successful: reliability, punctuality, hard work, honesty, etc.

More whites worked for what they have, were reliable workers, showed up on time, were respectful to co-workers and bosses. Just off the top of my head.

Absolutely, black leaders have to take the forefront. But not the Sharptons, Waters, etc. Blacks who HAVE succeeded to act as examples and mentors.

I guess it was the right-wing boiler plate ideology of: "racist institution that sustained slavery, the DP, that has been dedicated to reducing black Americans to a state of powerless dependency that existed under slavery", that lead me estray.

I do not see how it is possible for anyone not to know that the DP is the HQ of systemic racism in America. There is nothing subtle about it. The still thinking Left certainly knows it.

"In 1968, the Supreme Court ruled that districts had stalled long enough, and federal courts began requiring communities across the country to desegregate their schools by busing white children to mostly black schools, and vice versa.

As Biden took his seat in the Senate in 1973, a case challenging racial segregation in Wilmington and its suburbs advanced through the federal courts, and resistance grew. Whites in the North tended to support civil rights as a general matter, but many saw it as a problem for the South, not one that should affect their lives or schools.

“When activists started to push for racial justice outside the bounds of the Jim Crow South, and whites in those communities were threatened with busing, we see this kind of backlash,” said Brett Gadsden, professor of history at Northwestern University and author of a book about desegregation in Delaware."

THE WASHINGTON POST, Joe Biden called busing a ‘liberal train wreck.’ Now his stance on school integration is an issue., By Michael Kranish and Laura Meckler, June 28, 2019.

That may be your personal impression, but does that really reflect reality?

And if, for example, whites actually always show up at work on time, while blacks don't. What's the reason for this? Skin color or an ominous negro mentality? I dare to strongly doubt that.

Yeah I almost never show up to work on time. It is kind of my thing to be 5-10 minutes late. Seldom has ever been a problem because I am also not one of those people who are packed up and ready to run out the door at quitting time either. I like to avoid "the rush" be it in or out.

Yes, it does - from personal experience and what others have told me
It’s not QUITE that cut and dried but the traits and habits I listed are sometimes called “acting white”.

The Smithsonian Museum of Africa American History and Cultu actually formalized this:

    White culture.png

I’d actually call this a recipe for success in America - “Acting Successful"

Can you change genes of blacks?
    Nothing can change their behavior.
    Unfortunately.
Of course there are few well-educated, but they can do nothing against the majority of their bros.
For example see South Africa, former Rhodesia and Minneapolis.
After BLM murders and riots where participated highly educated blacks too I'm very pessimistic.

    More right-wing boiler-plate rhetoric and you're not a right-winger. I think we have self-awareness issues.
Some? You wrote: "And yet those counties with the strictest gun laws (Chicago and New York) suffer some of the most black on black gun crime." Look at the list, can you say confirmation bias?

I worry about society's problems and let smaller demographic communities take care of their own issues.

Until the problem of crime which stems from the failure of the family are addressed and black society itself admitting to those failures nothing will change.

Crime pushes black society into poverty and until that is addressed nothing will change.

There needs to be a law enforcement crackdown!

Black on black violence is a crime problem, not a race problem. Too many rival gangs on the streets engaged in a permanent feud against each other. Unable to stop because once you're a member, your a member for life. Doomed to a life of strike and counter-strike. Informants infiltrating all across different levels of society.

It's not unlike the mafia. In fact, it's the same thing, capeesh?!

Seems to be a good recipe - if you're white!
But blacks have to work twice that hard to gain the same success. :(

Is there a problem with black society?
    Why?

What makes skin color a factor in crime?
