What would Cosby know about that ? Answer: nothing. He’s a multiple rapist who’s free.
You cons never met a felon you didn’t like. Unless it was a Democrat.

Oh I wouldn't even call it like that. I'm eyeing on the trial itself.

This case must be held as a shiny example how you can't prosecute like that. It was an abomination. The victims should have given up by realizing they did not having the evidence needed for the conviction instead of trying to cheat the system that's there with good reason.

One thing I still want to know. Why didn't Cosby just hire hookers? He certainly had money enough. The same thing applies to Weinstein.

They didn't feel the need, they thought their own qualities worked for them.

No he's not, he was a man who shared recreational drugs and booze with women using his power and fame to seduce them and then years later (after they had been friendly to him all this time) they come to regret it and accuse him.

Funny you mention Democrat felons, do you believe those who accused Bill Clinton?

Technically, he is innocent in the eyes of the law.

The case he was convicted for was thrown out. Further, it was the least credible of all the cases. This last, not particularly attractive woman, went to Cosby's apartment decades after his last victim. She almost definitely knew the stories about Cosby, yet still went alone for really sketchy reasons and then asked for a drink. After that drink she claimed she was paralyzed.

Sorry, she didn't fit his mo and he didn't try to lure her in any way.

Hey, news flash, it was rape. You can’t consent when you’re drugged. Even a conservative knows that.

He in fact had the evidence to secure a conviction - sitting in that deposition. The verdict is proof. The potential victims can't know better as they are not trained in the law. If a DA tells someone wanting both civil and criminal justice, that he can finagle around that legal agreement ( maybe he throws out a couple of cases as 'precedent' or a some line or two of legalise ). Its not up to any of these women to do their own legal research to double check. They would not know where to start.

That evidence, was a self incriminating testification that they AGREED UPON that it could not be used, since it would violate his constitutional rights. And them idiot prosecutors did it anyways and the first judge was dumb enough to allow it to happen. And indeed, it's not up to those women, but their lawyers should have known better. It's not as much as their lawyers messed up, because they had basically nothing otherwise. They should have thrown in the towel at the start, and explained the painful reality to their clients.

Normally I would agree with you. Who would have thought that any judge passing the bar, could not see this ruling coming, but the woman/victim did not have to pay a dime for this criminal trial or subsequent appeals, and Cosby was put away for a couple years based on this moronic and outrageous ruling . From that perspective, it was as cheap a win as they could have imagined. As for the taxpayers in Pennsylvania, and Cosby, they got screwed.

Its better that 10 guilty go free than 1 innocent be wrongly imprisonned. I'm not glad Cosby got out on a technicality, but I am glad the technicalities that prevent (or in this case, correct) unlawful prosecution exist and are being respected.

ROFLMAO Socrates and Plato and John Adams as a team would have failed to defend Trump during impeachment 1.0 and 2.0.

I don't know all the details and evidence of the accusation here but here's a news flash. Back in those days when 'ludes were the rage it was all about the SEX. You did them for sex. Women would call me up and ask if I had any and could they come over, they'd call and say THEY had some and wanted to come over or I'd call them and yep they'd be right over. It was why we did them. There was no enticing about it it was sport, this was pre-AIDS remember.

Yes you can, it is only if you are insensible or the drug was administered without your knowledge that it is rape. When 2 people voluntarily take drink and drugs together and then have sex that is not rape.

    Uhh.... nooooo.
If you, as a male, do drugs with friends and this friend of a friend you hardly know is gay and sticks it up where the sun doesn't shine while you're passed out.... that would be rape and not voluntary.

Yes, and they have their own biases and agendas. There is a female judge in a US state. There is speculation she was probably abused by her mother because she ALWAYS sides with the father. He can be just out of jail, unemployed, abusive, threatening, an alcoholic, etc. I know of three cases in which there were concerns of possible sexual abuse by the fathers or by by someone he knows while the kids were in his care. Doesn't matter to this judge.

She ignores EVERYTHING from the mother's side. It got around there and several men have manipulated their wives to relocate their family there just to get her in front of that judge. She has a few "insiders" in child protective services and mental health professionals willing to slant their reports toward the father or she just outright does closed door meetings excluding the mother.

She is willfully destroying families and depriving children their mother. There have been all kinds of petitions and protests but she still presides. She is pure evil and nobody there will do anything about it. BTW, I believe this is wrong in either direction and would feel the same way if she was prejudiced against fathers.

If Cosby had a deal, it should have been honored. I don't really understand why he got a deal but that's irrelevant. It should have been upheld.

That's not accurate. It is not unheard of that rape victims remain in contact with their assailant especially if their job is on the line. This is also the reason so many don't report it. Look at what they did go Anita Harris and she was the most calm, matter-of-fact, cooperative witness. Look at all the cases of rape reports in the military. These women should just give up their careers when supervisors ignore their reports?

I knew several professors in college who held pretty co-eds basically hostage refusing to pass them if they didn't go to his office for "closed door sessions". It's basically ignored if the professor has tenure.

I knew a guy that worked for the Human Right Commission (ironic, huh?). He would proposition female complainants. He "closed" the files without investigating for the ones that wouldn't do it.

It's even harder to stay separated from one's assailant if they are part of the same family. The courts will usually separate siblings with one having to stay with another relative but that isn't always possible. If a parent is arrested pending charges, the kids are placed somewhere as quickly as possible and sometimes that means together. If a boy is raped by a priest, he is usually conflicted about his faith and the priest's authority. That's also usually the case of boys being abused in the Boy Scout's.

Why do you think all these grown women and men are finally speaking up? It's because someone else did first and they could finally break their silence.

And, our society is so dysfunctional that someone lying and denying is "forgiven" (ie. Clinton, Cuomo (yet to be seen, but most likely) and someone that actually told the truth and apologized for his behavior (Louis C.K) rather than put his victims through the public humiliation has been all but shunned.

That tells women exactly what society thinks of women and it tells children they don't matter either.

P.S. I must say that you are consistent in your total disregard of victims. All police shootings are the dead person's fault and now this inaccurate "qualifier" for what constitutes rape.

Ok, so now we can ignore any opinions you have on morality or social values.

But not miserably.... there really was no defense for those impeachments, so you are correct however...
