Obviously it isn't a good enough paying position. Try offering a real living wage and a decent benefits package and you'll have people knocking at your door for a job.

Average wage in Colorado is $66K so considering the wage we are offering for an entry level finance position and the state is still at a staggering 6.1% unemployment, I'd say it's pretty good.
