Normally, I would not waste my time watching even a minute of the Emmys... But I had a hypothesis that needed testing. My prediction that not a single mask would be in sight during the television industry's self-congratulatory orgy was 100% correct. These are the same pack of self-righteous blowhards who spent the last 18 months mask shaming the deplorables. I suspect 'the help' are wearing their mandatory masks off camera, but take a look at Hollywood's beautiful people, perfect teeth fully visible. Oh did I mention masks are mandatory indoors in Los Angeles County regardless of vaccination staus? But not if you're the beautiful people, of course.
The Democrats has been complaining since last year about us deplorables not wearing masks while they themselves don't wear masks. Same with all of these Hollywood stars. Now they are trying to vaccine shame us. Screw all of them fake hypocrites.
You have a point, but Emmy organizers mandated all attendees to test negative for COVID-19 and prove they have been vaccinated (a luxury not afforded to most other happenstance and unplanned venues ). The fact that everyone was tested negative and had the shots is probably why they felt okay about not wearing a mask. But, I agree, for appearances sake, it isn't good PR. The mandate is for venues 1000+ persons, but, it looks like a thou or more is there.

Nope, until you test everyone for antibodies a vaccine is more of a risk to those that have them..
