Democrats do voting disenfranchisement as well. I’m sure you have heard of the states who are trying to make a law that their electoral college vote will go to the national popular vote rather than the state popular vote. Thereby disenfranchising their state to the will of others.

As far as the judges, they were constitutionally appointed judges by a constitutionally elected president. I also believe they will vote based on the constitution as written rather than what they interpret it as themselves. I think they were great picks
