Carlson comments about a Church. See the OP Link. And no, it is not the same across the country as you well know.
I am not bragging at all. I am correcting Carslon. The dude had no right being there, and he was dealt with according to Law. You abide by the Law over there?
The law, the law, the law, the law, the law, the law, the law..... Wir Müssen Ordnung Haben!!! Sieg Heil!!
When a law is unjust...no, I don't. And going after a dude just because he walked a block smoking a cigarette is anything BUT Just.
These liberals down under that post here apparently don't have a clue what it means to have a Constitution like we do or have any concept of an unjust law. As Martin Luther King said, an unjust law is a law out of harmony with moral law.
Yeas, imagine the Utopia you could have with everyone deciding for themself what is 'just' and what is 'unjust,' and acting accordingly. Everything will run smooth and peachy ey? Let's all go to "Scarborough Fair" and/or "San Francisco" wot?
A law prohibiting people from putting others at risk of getting Covid and dying is not an unjust law.
Is that so. How come I have never met any one who believes that? Are you really suggesting that we are going to hand over your nuclear subs to China. Really?
Well, at least you admit that you prefer tyranny. Because that is what it takes to enforce laws that are unjust.
I did not ask for clarity on what Carlson said. Well you said "you can go to Church, but the Law limits the number who can be there at any one time." You didn't specify that this only applies to some parts of the country right now. If Carlson said that no Australian can go to church then he is incorrect. However, if he said that many Australians cannot go to church, then he is 100% correct.
BL and everyone - many many apologies - when I first saw this it made me so cross I had to take a break. It is the most perfect form of lying - mix a little bit of truth and distort what you say. But Tucker may yet have his comeuppance. For a start OUR defamation laws have a lot more teeth than the US ones do secondly we don’t have an actual “first amendment” in our constitution and third Alex Jones just lost a landmark case involving lying on air”
It sort of fizzled. After the big outcry and the ABC took them to court they sort of admitted that although they have a legal right to do what they did they won’t do it again The Liberal government realised it was a bit too toxic to push
Quite frankly nearly every country in the world have some form of a “quarantine act” that can and has in the past, seen people jailed for the term of their illness
