If he uses his position as president to direct federal taxpayer dollars towards his own businesses or directly into his own pocket - as dirty donny did - that would be corrupt. But I’m not aware he is doing that. I’m not aware of any president doing that, other than trump.

So yes, dirty donny was corrupt. His corruption didn’t enrich him as much as he’d hoped, but it was corruption.
