    I think he said they killed themselves because Trump lost the elections, which says a LOT about the mindset of that 'tribe'.

    Had my fantasy hockey draft last night.... wanted William Karlsson back this year, but somebody took him in the 2nd round, which is an overreach... he's a good player, but not fantasy elite...

    Ended up with Reilly Smith in the 15th round... still a top 6 PP forward on a good team... I know he sucked last year (he was on my son's team where he paid 8th round and moaned all year), but I would hope for some level of bounce back... Also, he usually manages to chip in 3 or 4 Shorthanded points, which is a category...

    The officer is not a murderer. He hasn’t even been charged, let alone convicted, of anything. Certainly not murder.

    I never said everyone on the left cheered her death. Some lefties said she deserved death, others were glad she was killed, and others said she should have been killed like the terrorist she was.

    now I can’t remember what each person said and when they said it, but they did say it just like a leftie on this board started a disgusting thread cheering on abortions….and I’m pro choice.

    Frankly, other than stopping her from getting into the inner sanctum, I couldn't have given a rats ass about what happened to any insurrectionist that day... I would have expected MANY more live arrests that day, but the manpower was lacking...

    It's quite likely, in my opinion, that the killing of Babbitt was an accident. When is the last time you heard of a cop firing one single shot into a legitimate threat? How is it that Babbitt was the only one there presenting a threat justifying lethal force? Makes no sense.

    An investigation was conducted and the officer who shot Babbitt was fully exonerated.

    He was reinstated to duty.

    But he's still a traitor, right?

    And you support Trump...

    I didn't lie. We've dance to this song already. Five police officers died and hundreds were injured as a result of the riot.

    Yet, somehow, some idiot gets herself killed for disobeying a direct order and she's made into some kind of martyr. That's messed up.

    Of course. Suicide is never about one single thing. However, based on the information released, it appears these suicides were a direct result of what the experienced at the riot that day.

    The ONLY reason people are trying to not connect the dots is to whitewash Trump's role. I don't know why he is so appealing but it's all kinds of dysfunctional to put any one person on a pedestal above our country and Constitution.

    I agree with all of that. But stating as fact they died as a result of the riot when we can't know all the factors involved just sets up an avoidable argument, IMO.
